It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities i could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. Overlooking the azure waters of the nearby bay, it was a sight to behold, especially during sunrise and sunset. I found myself spending hours simply gazing out at the mesmerizing vista. Nice ELA RESIDENCY and rooms with all the facilities needed. Room is very clean. Staff are very kind and helpful. The ELA RESIDENCY has the best & affordable restaurant in the area which gives them the edge.

Staff was polite. Rooms were spacious. Food was tasty. This ELA RESIDENCY is located 25 km away from Munnar. There is no restaurant or local shops near the ELA RESIDENCY.

This is standard ELA RESIDENCY. Staff were good, friendly. Food was not very good, it was just okay. Location is bad. Hotel is on the main Road, so it was very nosy.

The rooms are neat and clean and services are also good. Foods is good and rate is also ok in ela restaurant. Overall staying with family is good.
