the hotel location is extremely good with view from hill top the services were also good

The stay was average , the room was stinking. It seems like an old building with patches in the walls, dirty curtains etc. the exhaust in the washroom did not work it was smelling really mouldy. The staff was good and food was decent where as not worth the price.

After over an hour of thorough research online, I booked this hotel for my family trip. My main criteria were a reasonable price, proximity to Munnar town, and a good view from the room — and this resort met all of them. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent throughout. Will highly recommend this resort.

Overall the crew in the resort where helpful. Location is good and nice sit out at the balcony. View of mountain are beautiful in mornings can see sit out in balcony.

Great and budget friendly hotel, excellent view- you get a breathtaking view of hills and mountains and you do not require an air conditioning good service- staff is friendly and always ready to help.

Good clean room with beautiful valley view. All staffs are very helpful and cooperative. They all were warmth and welcoming. They have in-house kitchen for in room dining. We had dinner there and it was worthy.
