This is our second visit to Vibe Munnar this year, and once again, we felt truly immersed in peace and joy. The staff’s behavior and dedication to their roles are truly admirable. There's a saying: “If you treat your employees well, they will ensure the success and growth of the employer,” and this perfectly reflects the management at this resort. From the front office to housekeeping, the restaurant, and security—all team members are highly cooperative and eager to assist. Their helpful attitude made our stay even more memorable. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding service!

I visited the property with my family on the 26th of July, arriving around 3 PM from Thekkady with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. Upon arrival, the check-in process took unusually long, so we decided to have lunch at the restaurant. Afterward, we proceeded to the reception and were guided to our room, which had been booked in advance via MakeMyTrip. From the moment we began heading toward the room, we sensed something was off—we were led through multiple lifts and eventually taken to a basement-level room with a balcony facing a concrete wall and two areca palms. This was especially disappointing as we had specifically paid extra for a valley view balcony room during booking. We immediately expressed our concerns to the staff member who had escorted us, and she took us back to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager appeared reluctant to listen to our concerns and, after murmuring something to a colleague, left the area without addressing us directly. We were then advised to wait in the lobby—along with our 1.5-year-old baby—while alternatives were arranged. After repeated follow-ups, we were shown a few rooms, none of which matched our original booking criteria. Finally, around 5 PM, we were taken to a room on the 4th floor that was supposedly a valley view room, but it was closed for renovation. The room had unfinished paint on the ceiling and dusty carpets. Exhausted and with no other options, we reluctantly accepted the room after requesting proper housekeeping to make it somewhat presentable. Considering the amount we paid and the expectations set by the property listing, this experience was extremely disappointing and the service received was far from acceptable.

A special mention to the food — every meal was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality and variety truly impressed us. Overall, the location, food, service, and cleanliness made our stay perfect, but the hilltop setting and serene atmosphere were what made it truly magical. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and experience the true beauty of Munnar!

Had a great stay at the hotel. Quite a high end hotel with good location, view, activities like cycling, mini golf, gym, etc. Food was great both ala carte as well as breakfast and dinner spread. Room with balcony view were very comfortable. Excellent staff with a smiling face. Overall the stay was quite memorable.

It’s one of the beautiful properties at Munnar on one side of the peak, good room options available , food is delicious, good outer space at hotel to roam around , in the same line we have dream land - adventure activities in walkable distance & longest zip line as well !! Obviously It’s a 5 star hotel & living up to the expectations at Munnar !!

vibe is an excellent property worth every penny. Great outdoors with an incredible swimming pool. Also the food is awesome. We had a great stay for two days.
