Spring Valley

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Spring valley cottage experience is awesome. Service provided by owner is good. Swimming pool is the best I could say, my kids are enjoyed. Food is not prepared in the premises, but they took order and delivered to our room.

Cockroaches and my nephew hurt his foot in the pool. Ruined our trip. Staff is fine but rooms need better maintenance

late checkin due to delay in cleaning rooms and room size also different ..very poor..only pros - swimming pool

Terrible experience. This home stay is very far from the munnar town. Carpentry work, electrical work and other works are incomplete in this building. We found cockroaches and insects in the room. Wifi was not working. Ac was not working. The approach this homestay is not good and difficult to go there with your own vehicle. Only one car pass through this road. But, the care taker is a good fellow. Overall experience was very bad.

Spring valley - basically a budget friendly homestay good room and nice peaceful surroundings the care taker is friendly and helpful. The location is a bit tricky as it’s located in hilly downwards area near residential homes. Market and chocolate factory is available nearby. Can be considered for 1-2 nights homestay option if you are looking for something in budget. Hot and cold water available 👍

The spring valley hotel was not active as the rooms were closed for maintainance as they shifted our stay to another home stay that was an below average stay

Everything is awesome. Staff was so easily accessible. Felt like home rooms were very hygiene and washrooms also well maintained in one word awesome

Caretaker was really nice and helpful in nature. No restaurant setup yet available in the property but he can get food from nearby restaurant. You can cook as well, kitchen with utensils gas available. Rooms were little damp and moisty. Location was little inside from main road, very close to nature and cardamom farming and overall decent stay.

I have paid full payment but in this above message shows 5percentage discount. I didn't understand. Discount means can you resend the amount 1800 rupees

Place was easily reachable on the way to munnar, and rooms very clean, good atmosphere for vecation. Staffs good.

Everything was good, room was spacious but one thing is that there was no ac. The road to the stay is really horrible which needs to be fixed.

Greatest experience with bone fire and bbq arrangements, care takers are very good in nature and very helpful for getting any stuffs. Awsome location, nice view and very big spaces with dining table and kitchen.
