Elixir Hills Suites Resort & Spa

The stay was fine overall, but it didn’t quite meet the standards I expected from a five star hotel.

As the name suggests this is the hotel upon the hills very near to tea estates. I will recommend it for nature enthusiastic person who wants to feel it and gain it Location is serene and most importantly pathways down to stream line and water fall Food is good.

This property is close to the nature. Little bit away from munnar city. But location is excellent, rooms are spacious. Very quite, neat and clean. Rooms size are bigger Love to come here next year also, Insha Allah .

I stayed at Elixir Hills Suites Resort and Spa, Munnar. The jacuzzi room was very good. However the property was not maintained well and the food was average. The staff was very cordial.

Jaccuzi was leaking, room service was slow with 1 hr delay, paid 13k with a balcony view of the other room which felt like staying in a 2bhk in Central Bangalore. Food was good.

I have visited this property 3 years back at the time it was top notch in cleaniness, foods but this time both are not upto that. And the pool is not cleaned.they are not keeping that quality i think and kids play area was terrible kids are not able to play there because of rain there was mud in play things .i think they should lay some tiles there

Had a pleasant stay at the resort...the forest view and the waterfall in property was stunning.... tasty food... spacious rooms... value for money..... problems i felt was service delay and poor maintenance of the property....

jacuzzi suit is good . jacuzzi water not clean .food awesome.our room decoration request not considered.

service and food r good..they should have proper travel agency. whatever they assigned , he is not ready to show the plave and close the trip at 3 pm..

Terrible experience. The resort is 12 km deep inside a forest with a broken single-lane road — driving after sunset . Though the view is beautiful, everything else is a nightmare. Paid over for a Jacuzzi room but got poor quality bedding , a dirty bathroom, a Jacuzzi and inconsistent hot water. Room service is careless and the restaurant is overpriced with slow, forgetful service. Breakfast refills take forever. Definitely not a 5-star property — only the view deserves 1 star.

The property offers a serene ambience. A highly recommended place for a staycation at Munnar. Food was delicious and the service was good.

the worst service .you won't get anything if you asked once checked in. everything we need to ask them,basic utleties is not available .. the location is sooper

Everything excellent

Food is average. Facilities are satisfying. The staff were too friendly and nice. The way there, the views along the way, the nature, the scenery, the coolness.

Excellent location , food was good , facilities would need a bit of renovation, there is a very nice private waterfall within the property Overall it was a good vacay

maintenance very bad 👎🏼.The price to be paid is not worth it so I wouldn't recommend this resort.

Stay and ambience was super but the food is very expensiive and not that great. We booked jacuzzi suite ant it was not working properly.

We had a wonderful stay at Elixer hill. The staff were courteous. The food served was excellent. The main highlight of our stay was the trek to waterfalls within the property.
