Terrible Stay

The rooms looked good, but wasn't clean, i could seen accumulated dust all over the place, and for the price we pay washroom is not as fancy or clean, also the food was very bad, in fact my friend got stomach upset on the day we checked out by eating their food for dinner and breakfast, absolutely worst food

Amazing place and location but it is one hour away from munnar so it doesn't enjoy the climate and tea garden ambience of munnar itself but has it's own charm. Rooms are spacious, views are great and we stayed in the green view villa but in room 209 bathroom, you get a really bad unbearable smell from the septic tank. Food service is fast but food itself is not very tasty. Also we were not provided room service in the evening and were only able to order from a very limited buffet menu with only 2 non veg dishes which meant we had no option as it was too late to go out. Would recommend to someone who likes to stay far from a hill station and travel up and down and is willing to eat from outside hotels

It's a bad experience

It was a worst experience, my first booking is the dulex category, there insufficient room space, not have enough light, then i will upgrade the room to superior, that room also not good, the doors are not getting locked properly, no kettle and tea sachets in the room, it's not properly cleaned, restaurant service is fine, but the food quality is not good, we are faced some problems in the food, walking area is okay ;overall i will not suggest this property they don't have the facility wat they rented,

While booking super package superior rooms are showing more than deluxe room rate, that was the reason i thought we would get more facilities and that mentioned welcome drink, private pool, balcony and more, but nothing was here for me.

It was a very pleasant stay at the resort. Very nice ambiance all over the property and the location is very easily accessible as it is on the highway itself. A very delicious buffet breakfast was included in the booking. Pool, gym, play area, camp fire, confrence hall everything is available in this property. Only one suggestion for improvement is to clean the cupboard more often to avoid the fungus found inside it. But it is negligible compared to all other benefits.

Complete disappointment package propert

familyStaff were arrogant and rude. Booked superior suit but received very compact small room. We reached to that property by 12 noon but they won't let us checkin as they mentioned that check in timings is 1 o'clock noon. Poor service. It was a complete disappointment.

Top tree house - beautiful balcony view stay

coupleResort is great (a but far from munnar bus stand) with great amenities. I liked the balcony most, whole mountain range can be seen from there. Morning chai in balcony with slow songs was the best moment. Food and room service was nice. For a vacation, spring munnar is the best option one can choose.
