The property is good but need to improve quality in cleaning when it comes to food really very good quality and taste over all the forest heaven resort is value for money

excellent service with cooperative staff and well cleaned rooms. all the amenities there was very good .

The hotel ambiance was good and the property has very good surroundings. There was also a river flowing backside of the hotel which was super cool. The disappointment was with poor maintenance of the room, no proper cleaning and mopping inside the room There was a lot of dust and dirt inside the room. We stayed 2 nights and no change of bed spreads no proper floor mats washroom utilities were not clean. It requires a lot of maintenance in terms of cleanliness.

Positives: 1. Food was good 2. Location is good, outside the hussle of city centre 3. Staff were friendly Cons: 1. Dust needs to be cleaned 2. Cleanliness could be handled better Overall decent buy for the money we pay

Worst experience in a hotel, no facilities, The receptionist is the worst responsible person, I'll give a rating 1 only

Good experience and nice coffee garden with great view of a river that flows within property.Rooms has to be more tidy

Hotel location so good and neat .. nice accomodation staffs are friendly.... gardening area and backside water faboulous on this property.. Restaurant food so delicious

Property located in calm and peaceful location, but some of the things property managers should concentrate like providing toiletries full kit, lock in bathroom contains rust and chances of injury due to sharp edges. Hot water is also not flowing through shower which is difficult. Food quality can be improved and items in can also be reworked ( evening snacks was really good). Indoor games should replaced since they are very old and damaged. Service is good.

Treating Tamil travellers with poor behaviour. Food order is taken upon continuous request. Tea is not provided even for extra cost after several calls. Reason given by Room service is like "Tea is of cost , you can't afford. So drink from complementary breakfast". Evening Tea also not brought with poor reason only for tamil people. Extra Bed is booked before arrival but they expect us to please them for bed which they brought late night. Only a North Indian room service guy behaved better. Receptionist lady and a room service boy not even responsible to Tamil people. Tamil travellers Avoid this Hotel.

location, as mentioned it's a remote location inside the cardamom estate. but it's an ultimate choice for pleasant stay

Room was average. But the restrooms were horrible. Service was way too horrible. No proper response when required.

The main door had issue, there was water leakage, there was horrible stench coming in the balcony as there was some sewage treatment next to the balcony. The floor wasn't clean. There was no iron box in such a big resort. Overall had a terrible experience.

5 out of 5 rating. Mainly staff is very cooperative. We reached late around 10:30 pm at location however they prepared food for us. Location is very beautiful. Real nature experience. Nature lover will LOVE it.

the place was very very cool and awesome,there is no need AC as the climate is so good. we feel like we are at hill station when we reach in hotel. food was very good and reasonable price. hotel staff were very cooperative and taking care of everything we require. nice forest view along the pool side. everyone should visit this hotel.it's forests heaven just like it's name.

Words cannot describe how terrific it was to spend the night here. Love the staffs uniform at the front lobby, and I was overwhelmed with the politeness of the staffs during checking in. Interior was so spot on and the room was beautiful and magnificent. I managed to get the buffet dinner course too and it was excellent, everything was delicious and totally worth it. The location is also strategic to those who want to explore the historical, natural value of the city as it is all within walking distance. Did not get explore other facilities because of the short time but will definitely come again and indulge majestically with all the facilities offered here

Fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The location was perfect, And the best part? It’s a warm experience at forest heaven resort. We are very happy with their services. The front office , restaurant, others also very good at services they provide.

Best part of the resort is the location....bang in the middle of wilderness. The greenery is so soothing and the songs of birds wake you. Food is awful....that's one thing you have to bear to enjoy peace n tranquility
