CASA NUBE MUNNAR

The place is not maintained, had insects all over and no hot water available in a cold place like this. We had to suffer keeping kids with us while using cold water. Their bathroom have a glass window where everything is visible from the room, and they have tried to cover it but failed to as people sitting in the room can see what’s happening in the bathroom which is pathetic. We had to pay additional amount for breakfast which was already paid on mmt, they gave us only one dish for breakfast and if we asked extra, they said it will be chargeable for anything extra since the breakfast is complimentary. First of all, the breakfast wasn’t complimentary and second, u did not even give us proper & sufficient breakfast. The staff were rude when we ask for anything, they were making faces right in front of us. We enjoyed only the view over there but definitely not the ambiance or the hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

this hotel not neat and clean .. from morning no water and power… disappointed to stay here

Pretty bad room service. We had to wait to get the room. Food hygine standard is also pretty bad. We got food poisoning.

The property is situated at the top hill with the best view

Rooms are very clean, ambience was nice, property road are very bad.

The resort has an excellent view and is very neat and clean. Bathrooms were sparkly clean and room was well maintained. The hosts were so welcoming and promptly took care of every request. The food was really tasty. It was a worthwhile stay and would recommend it to everyone. Felt very safe and cozy and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Only downside would be the road to the resort which is in a bad condition.

It was so good and rooms were so great.
