Hotel good. Needs better management. Hot water not available in our room, no mirror. Good adventurous location

They have not provided food for our guest, rooms were not so good for sleeping, even breakfast also not upto the mark, bed also not given to them, blanket also not provided since that reason mid night only they left the hotel.

Place was so very bad. We had slugs and bugs in the room. No locks for the doors, broken glasses, water leakage and wet walls from the leakage. The room smelled of moss. We were a group of 7 people and were given only 2 blankets and told to manage. The bedsheets and pillows were stained. Overall even my 5 year old nephew refused to stay in the place.

The resort was located far from munnar town, and the maintenance was very poor. Basic needs were also not satisfied at the resort. For emergency also we can't get any help from resort because mobile network issue and intercom will not work.

food menu is waste for money*

If there is one pic that makes you feel your in a scenic spot with ult a beauty it's this. Unfortunately it doesn't live up to expectations. The place has no telephone connectivity and wifi requires you to come out of the room. We booked this place assuming it to be in and around munnar and we were in a different town. The google map is misleading and we took two hours extra to reach the spot. Our room was in the basement and there was dirt and a big drain in the front. Anyone i spoke to had the same experience of feeling they had booked the wrong place. Very strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs

Location was quite good, but way to reach over there was not good at all. Each and every service you have to request to them like water supply in bathroom and hot water, towels etc.

We had a very bad experience all together. Not as per the expectation no other activities other than the stay. Staffs were well behaved and helpful so we could manage in there. There should be a change in the location provided in the Google maps as we wasted lot of time reaching the place.

Resort is good but to reach to hotel it's very tough routes due to floods. Not recommend in this season

The location is difficult to reach without personal conveyance, Road is bad. Poor for quality. The staff is really hardworking and goes out of way to help. Mattress is good but room is not at all as per the money charged. There is not a single so within 3 km of winding narrow broken hilly terrain. I am more dissatisfied with MMT since despite my tweets, they did not take any action, just gave generic replies. No mobile network works except Bsnl. Better to avoid.

We people went Munnar and it was a good experience in the Single Tree Resort. Amazing location. It looks like a forest. Resort staffs are very much helpful and service is also good. The only negative thing is morning free breakfast they providing only one item so they have to add 1 or 2 more items.

Property is about 6 km away from the main Road and located in a calm and peaceful setting. Location is good and rooms are good as well. They claim to have a restaurant but don't expect variety and we just have to satisfy with whatever they are serving for the day. The order takes time so be prepared for some waiting after you have made the order. One cannot expect morning tea before 7:30 or 8 Am as their milk van comes at Around 8 Am. PROS: 1. Great peaceful location. 2. Best for morning nature walks. 3. Even though the service is slow, the staff is very helpful and friendly. CONS: 1. Restaurant service is slow. 2. Limited options for dishes. 3. Limited phone network coverage en route and in the property. 4. They claim to have wifi but its just namesake. My TIPS: 1. If you are coming to this property by using Google maps, please be aware that it would lead you into the Munnar Town which is an incorrect location. This property is just before reaching the hotel Park, towards both menu view point and Bracknell forest Resort. It is better to call and coordinate with the hotel person well in advance itself once u enter Munnar so you don't get lost due to the incorrect location on Google map. 2. Better to have lunch and dinner outside if you are looking for some variety and don't have time to wait. Waiting time can be up to 1 hour for orders at this property. 3. Don't Miss out on nature walks on the roads near this property hearing to the sound of birds. My RATING: I would give it a good as rating.

Location is in between trees and tea plantations are very nearby. Very peaceful Resort. Room was very good and spacious. The breakfast could have been a little varied. The room service was very good, although they took too much time when we ordered dinner.

I don't know how others feel but room was not clean, sofa's were dirty. There was no room maintenance. Resort is located 11 km away from city so it was difficult to travel and cabs were charging more as it is located in dense forest. Nature we enjoyed there, nature beauty was best.
