The stay was beautiful. Location is near to kolukkumalai jeep safari starting point. The receptionist micheal was very welcoming and made our stay at regalia very comfortable. Even the food was good. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning. Everything was fresh and tasty.

I stayed at The Regalia Munnar with my family and it was a perfect choice for both families and couples. We checked in around 9:30 pm and received a warm welcome from the front office staff, especially Mr. Don Michael and another staff member whose name I missed. The dinner and breakfast served were very delicious, and the entire team took great care of us throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our experience so comfortable and memorable.

Thanks for the opportunity to share feedback. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was **no electricity for a long duration**, and the **water heater wasn’t working** throughout my visit. This made it extremely difficult to stay comfortably, especially in the mornings. I hope these issues are addressed soon, as the location and property otherwise have potential. --- Would you like a version that’s slightly stronger or more formal, or do you want it to stay polite like this?

Its a lovely property, Location, landscape, rooms, staff all were good.corns- They charged 8200 for 4 persons. (double bedroom). But they dint provide any complementry refreshments nor breakfast was provided which is standard in every resort in this price range and the food there was not worth the price
