Everything is good. Above average. Room quite large. Spacious. Clean.. with proper mountain view.....

property is fab...bt food quality isn't that good i would say it's average staff is cool rooms r clean and pretty

The Hotel location was nice with a great view of the hills. The room was spacious and the balcony added a good space to enjoy the view. Food needs improvement.

The hotel lobby was quite nice and welcoming, but the rooms didn’t meet expectations. We had booked two rooms for our family — the balcony views were good, but the towels looked old and not very clean, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell. Food was also disappointing. Dinner options were limited, and the staff seemed unsure about how to serve properly. Breakfast had very few choices and didn’t taste great either. Overall, good views and lobby area, but the rooms and food need serious improvement.

The cleanliness of the toilet was extremely poor, with a bad odor throughout. The hygiene standards were unacceptable, and I had to change rooms twice in one night because of it. The experience was disappointing and not worth the amount paid.I booked 2 delux rooms and 2 suit rooms in 19 october 2025. Poor service from staff at restaurant and food quality... never ever expect such an experience...

Trivers Resort Munnar, Munnar Facilities: The hospitality and amenities were very good. Staff were welcoming and helpful, which made the stay comfortable. Location: The location is easy to access, though the ambiance isn't particularly special. It's convenient for travelers looking for a simple and reachable stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was average — not as good as expected, but not too bad either. It could use some improvement in variety and taste. Overall: A pleasant and comfortable stay overall. Great service and accessibility make it a good option in Munnar.

The place was really really clean and the location was good. View from the room was too good. The place was very affordable and the hospitality was beyond good. The staff was very approachable and quickly responsive. Overall it was an amazing experience

Loved resort stay and premium Room view, Location was near to market place. Breakfast and service was also good and must visit in October to January.

Excellent experience with Trivers stay. Food is also very delicious. but restaurant food is little bit over priced. Except that it is an amazing resort at munnar

everything was good except food...very less option very poor service time and just ordinary food quality...the kind of charges customer is paying atleast after room the food is very important factor which was complete missing

Trivers resort is a decent small property located 12 km from Munnar center. The room we stayed in was large and clean, with a balcony providing good view of beautiful hills and morning sunrise. Bathroom was also big and clean. Staff is very helpful and responsive. It has got a small swimming pool and a few indoor games like carom, chess & ludo. Food has limited options, and very little for vegetarians, moreover, if you want ala-carte, they provide only whatever is available in buffet. Given they are away from city and no restaurants nearby, this was a problem for us. Another issue was with cleanliness, or lack of that, of towels and very soft mattresses which we found difficult to sleep upon. Otherwise, our stay was good and enjoyable.

The property was nice and clean...gave us a free upgrade...staff was helpful

It was very worst expirence in trivers. The expectations in the view of photo is not same in the place and the food cost very high. Rating only 2star

Breakfast excellent and staff very friendly. Room was not clean as expected and no view from the balcony it’s like you can see some car parked and people near to your balcony

best place to spend with family and the balcony view in top level is ultimate. restaurant food and service was too good. receptions staffs was very humble and helpful... WORTH FOR MONEY in munnar.

Overall stay was average. They upgraded room from delux to suit. But some basic things are missing like handwash in bathroom, no dray for soap in bathroom. bathroom floor are slippery. food is spicy not suitable for kids

this has to be the worst hotel experience I have ever had, how this hotel got a 4 star rating has to be investigated. Firstly our blankets were dirty, and the bathroom was not cleaned. Service was also poor with the staff having a high horse attitude. How can you not like fill the tea when it's over.
