rooms are ok. breakfast did not have much variety, we faced hot water issue, room service was good and friendly staff. food was ok

The property is in a good location, but the management is terrible. I booked a super deluxe room for two days and nights, but they never sent anyone to clean the room. Then, there was a power outage that affected only our resort, while other resorts in Munnar had electricity. However, the manager falsely claimed that the entire town was affected. The power was restored at 10 PM, leaving us in the dark since the afternoon. Additionally, I requested the laundry service that was mentioned in the booking, but the manager made excuses and directed me to an outside laundry service instead.

Horrific Experience – Stay Away! His pathetic attempt at “compensation” for our suffering? A cup of coffee and a waived water charge. Imagine paying for a so-called “luxury” stay, only to be brushed off with a cheap cup of coffee after hours of unbearable discomfort. No hot water, disgusting food that tasted like garbage, and absolutely no regard for guests’ comfort.

It's just an average stay. Swimming pool not in a condition to use. Cooperative staffs. Morning and night food is below average. But staffs were cooperative, what u expect from a budget friendly hotel.

Rooms are not clean i will suggest to keep clean room camp fire and swimming pool also not clean please main clean

Room was under maintenance. Insects came in during night. Swimming pool hygiene was poor. Parking was another challenge

Friendly staff. Road to the property is like an off road experience. Rooms cleanliness are average. Not worth of the price they charge for the property. Food is below average.

Good as per budget stay. Food provided is very good. Location is little down and there is no scenarios from room.

Will write positive first and then area of improvement. We took suite room, good room condition and furniture. There was living room and bedroom. The view from balcony was nice. However for the suite room price we paid we expected ac room but there was no ac. The fan did not actually blow any air. Restaurant was down many stairs which made it impossible for senuor citizens to attend.

The cleanliness of the room and its surroundings left much to be desired, and there was a noticeable issue with water availability. On a positive note, both breakfast and lunch were satisfactory. However, due to the property's location on a steep incline, navigating the roads presented a considerable challenge.

it was amazing and happy stay, with quality and tasty food. The location is 12 km from munnar centre and it's worth the distance. peace 🕊️

The room service and the hospitality was so nice, the view from the room was also pretty beautiful, good parking space, neat and clean room
