The Serene Park Munnar

Property was awesome. big size of room, nicely done up the interiors. modern room eminities. Mr. satosh owner of the property was personally attended us. very nice and co operative man. room size was very big with a big master bed. breakfast was also good and hygienic. 5 stars from our side to this property.

Location super Facilities ok Food need to improve

Based on the reviews on MakeMyTrip, my wife and myself expected a mountain side view. When we reached the resort and we discovered that it was close to the valley, we were somewhat disappointed with the location initially, but later on we felt happy because the view of the mountains on the opposite side was good, I would say that it's a proper homestay rather than a hotel and the facilities were really good. The owner was very helpful and courteous. His wife provided a nice delicious Kerala style breakfast and he also provided us a bike to explore Munnar on a rental basis at a very reasonable cost. The bike was very useful. We enjoyed the birds singing early in the morning and the forest view. It was like a bird sanctuary behind the resort. I recommend this place for those who are bird lovers and nature lovers. Also don't worry about the resort being in the valley, the owner will help you to come to the resort if you ask him to help. He dropped us at Anachal bus stop after we checked out which was very helpful. Overall it was a reasonably good stay at this resort

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was a truly pleasant experience. The place is peaceful, surrounded by greenery and beautiful hill views. The host was very respectful and supportive, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway from their busy routine - a perfect short escape to relax and reconnect with nature.

I was with family for 3nights. Stay is very good. Very scenic view. Owner is very nice and cooperative. Breakfast they serve is really traditional and tasty.

Location is very down. Rooms not cleaned. Mineral water not available. TV not working. No hot water available. Pathetic stay. Not worth of money.

Overall good experience. Pros: 1. Hotel is good for staying 2. Breakfast provided is tasty and more than enough 3. Reasonable price cons: 1. Soap is provided instead of liquid for handwash 2. We have only one option of ordering food for lunch/dinner, food is tasty, but it is prepared with lot of oil in each item which we didn't like.

The room is spacious and good but you should be a good car driver to drive to stay. Parking and location is in the down and can be challenging driving there

The serene park is the best stay. The ambience is so good and the early morning view from the balcony is awesome. The owner is too good and has a proper response. I would suggest the best stay in munnar

Room was clean and spacious. I asked for a extra bed and they gave it free of charge. View from balcony was good. Road to the room is very steep. Need to take care while driving there. Morning breakfast they gave puttu, kadalai curry and papa-dam first day. Second day they gave idli. Sambar, chuney. You have a induction stove in the room and a sink in the corner so that you can wash the plates. Location is little far away from sightseeing places. But near to dreamland park.

We enjoyed our stay. Owner was helpful and took care of all our needs. Nice view and room looked very good! road is bit steep, but owner will pick you up for parking if needed. Secluded place for having fun with family and friends.

Uncle was really helpful in accommodating our requests. He personally dropped and picked us to the main city. He also made us breakfast and chai. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

It was an excellent stay! beautiful and spacious rooms with amazing mountain view. The owner was very helpful. We had to go to munnar at 3am for meesapulimala trek and he offered us a ride that too free of cost. The food was also very delicious. Overall, it was an amazing experience, i definitely recommend it!
