At Wood Resort Munnar

Good staff, Great hospitality and spacious Room . Only issue is away from Munnar Aron’s 14 Kilometres

The property is literally situated in woods... nice experience overall. food and staff is very cooperative

stay was good , 31st dec night dinner items were less but the charge was huge . everything else is good .

Clean and neat room, clean toilet, very much tasty food, very good room service.

We stayed in this resort for a night and we were not provided food on time, which they claim was due to the unexpected inflow of guests. But i am not sure if that's a regular case as this was my first time here and would like to give them benefit of doubt. We understood there are deluxe, super deluxe and honeymoon suite. The deluxe room is a normal room which is not shown in pics anywhere and we booked assuming it will be like the pics shown , but was disappointed. The room neither had an attached balcony nor a good view outside the window. We ordered food close to 9 which we received around 10:30 and we were charged full amount as well for the food. The resort is at a remote location that you have no option to go out for food as well.

Location, food and service were good.

My stay with family was just fine, although with the price paid, I was expecting better facilities. It being tourist season the choices were limited. The main drawback is the location unless someone is fine with a secluded place. Approach road too was not good. Spare more than 2-3 hours in travel to and from the Munnar town, this time could be better utilized and then there is nothing to do in the evening.

This is one of the best Resort in Munnar with well-appointed rooms, thanks to management for providing good services.

Pathetic experience. Checked out within an hour. Not got my refund thanks to MMT. Will not book any flight or hotel through MMT again. Bed sheets have stains on it, they changed it thrice but not to satisfaction. Rooms were stinking. Hotel is far away from Munnar town and tourist spots. Never book hotel through MMT.

The woody look of the hotel is good. N impressive. But rooms are small. But the dinner table in the room helps to have meals. Good breakfast.

Stinky smell came from bathroom. Rest OK.

Pls provide a ceiling fan instead of wall mounting fan

Great stay, service and hospitality was good. Value for money. Better to book cab for this place to explore all the places in Munnar. Room quality was great and taste of food was good. Thanks to all staff. Cheers.

The hotel is new, the rooms big. Two major issues for us. The place is at least 10 kilometers away from Munnar town. Still worse, the bathroom had not so good smell. The exhaust of the bathroom was so loud that you couldn't keep it on all the time. The bed is a bit small if you will be sharing it with your kid. Restaurant food is good and so is the staff who would try to make your stay comfortable.

It was nice in location. But accessibility to resort is little bit difficult. Road leading is a narrow one. The climate was slightly hot But no A. C. Was available. Any how ambience was good. Location given in the details were not correct.
