Great location. The amenities were nice and the staff was really helpful. The food could be better but there are multiple good food options nearby so that’s not an issue. The views from the room were heavenly.

Poor Stay

The property is a hotel, not a resort. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were neat and clean. However, the hotel is located in a very busy area. Parking facility is good with space in front of the hotel as well as a basement parking. Getting in and out of the hotel property is a problem on weekends and holidays with traffic blocking the main road. We went on a national holiday and the road was jammed with vehicles. The hotel restaurant too couldn’t handle the holiday crowd with most items on the dinner menu no longer available by 8:30 PM. To make matters worse, the person taking the food order was behaving as if he was doing a gigantic favour to the guests by coming to their table to note down their food orders.

This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. They don’t have proper electricity and water service.The staffs were unhelpful and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Average hotel. staff is not good. No coffee machine, No slippers in room as mentioned. Bathroom fittings leaking. TV not working, Bed is very small for 2 persons. Breakfast has limited variety and no taste. Don't stay at this hotel.
