Stay was too good .. The only thing is make my trip Shared Wrong location.. otherwise everything is good

It was a nice stay. Well behaved staff. Food provided was also nice. Well maintained hotel promises. You can enjoy the beauty of valley areas and hills of Munnar while having food at the restaurant.

Tea Hills resort exceeded all my expectations!!! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed for outside view. The spa facility was amazing and the surrounding nature added a magical touch to the experience. Highly recommended for families for a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat.

worst experience total loss, someone crashed my brand new car which was parked inside the hotel premises, when i enquired about it to the manger and the security, they were not even ready to check the cctv footage, instead ran away without any answer from their side, had a worst experience and lost my peace of mind.

Too expensive. Not much worth the hotel price. Kids play areas are not cleaned, maintained properly Resort ambience may be good, but price is much higher as per the facility available at the hotel. Food is Ok But there is no option to order food, only buffet dinner with a huge cost per person. 750 Per Person. Services are Ok. Location is Good. My review score is 2.5 out of 5.

The location was excellent! The cottages provided were fantastic and the views were picturesque. The food was average though and there is a lot of scope for improvement. Overall, I would recommend this resort, except for the food.

Roads to the property is very steep and there is no parking available for cars. Food is terrible. Rooms are spacious but no privacy. You could hear noise from nearby rooms.

Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend! I had high expectations from Munnar Tea Hill Resort based on the name, but it turned out to be a complete letdown. First of all, there is no tea hill in sight — it’s incredibly misleading. The location is not scenic at all, and the entire ambience is dull and uninspiring. The so-called “buffet” is a joke — extremely limited food variety, and nothing tasted fresh or remotely good. It felt like a cheap meal being served at a premium price. Speaking of prices, the resort is massively overcharging for both rooms and food, with no value for money whatsoever. This place is nothing like what’s shown in pictures or described online. Poor service, subpar facilities, and zero charm. Save your money and stay elsewhere — not recommended at all.

It’s looks really good and rooms are so clean and nice staff. Very well maintained and view of the room is awesome.

I had a clean and good stay. Staff are friendly and supportive in finding places to visit. Location is not far from Munnar city, about 10km, which is 20min ride. Food was on ordering I could feel that the spread was less.

Hotel was good, but not maintained. Breakfast is having limited options in alakarte and not offering buffet. Hotel can improve in maintaining the promises and regular upkeep.

Location - good, Food - average, Service - unsatisfactory; majority service requests, including IRD or room cleaning, were either delayed or not paid heed to.

Nice property! great views! clean, spacious villas! i would recommend it to my friends visiting munnar!

No maintenance for kidzone area. Its full dusted. Food is just average. No indoor games. Everything they have is broken.

Best place to visit for honeymoon and with family also. Services are very good and food is of good quality. Got very special treatment from the manager mr akhil.
