Our stay was average. The property is conveniently located on the main road with enough parking for about five cars. Unfortunately, we were assigned a top-floor room, and it was a real struggle for my parents to climb all the stairs. I highly recommend requesting a lower-floor room if you're traveling with family members who have mobility issues. On a positive note, the staff was very helpful; they assisted with our luggage and even provided an umbrella since it was raining. The dinner at the hotel's restaurant was good, and better than I had expected. A nice bonus is the tea shop right at the entrance. The main drawback was the lack of hot water. It was never truly hot, just lukewarm at best. While there was a power outage, the staff was quick to switch over to the generator. It seems the hotel is undergoing renovations, and I hope they use this opportunity to make some improvements.

Could have been a better option

Staff at reception was a well educated person. Location is beautiful. Couple of negative points are parking facility is really poor. My car got stuck and the back bumper got broken. The food is not good at all and at an exaggerated price.

Loved the resort

It is situated right on the munnar by pass road near anachal town. Rooms are great with french doors to the balcony. The whole wall to the balcony side has glass for a greater view of the lush greenery. There's a mini park in the resort with a swing, arrangements for bonfire and a hut. There's are two separate huts for small gathering and sitting in peace and enjoining the view

We stayed there for one night. It is a great place. Great host. Not as cold as top munnar, but cold enough to enjoy the climate. Nearby anachal town has restaurants and all. Neat and spacious room with a nice balcony. Lots of greenary around. Best part is the friendly host. Rajeev and team were very polite and friendly. Would love to stay again. Recommend this place to everyone.
