Good ambiance and the location is ideal for family.

there was no power for the whole day only in evening power used to come and again at 11pm it used to go away and we had to stay in complete darkness for the whole night. No facility for hot water and no one was ever there in hotel after 11. Very creepy experience. Water was coming from the window while night no power and power was only there was 4 hours in the evening. No hot water supply only limited and staff was not at all friendly. Parking is at 200 mts above the property. Terrible experience as safety was a great concern as there was no main door entrance

Location is good staff are good but for the review sake I need to make sure that people who visit this place should know few things . Let’s talk positive first the location is good the view is good people are friendly good but the property needs to be improved they don’t have full time gust which is not good for the guests and the food is average and expensive . . Rainy and winter season it’s difficult for elders to have food in open restaurant. Rooms are big but the major problems are sometimes you have power cuts based on the climatic conditions . No gyser so we hardly had luke warm water in the time that they provided so called hot water .when it’s crowded we really can’t enjoy the property .

While the room itself was decent, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The food served was stale and of poor quality, clearly frozen and lacking freshness. We had to wait over an hour for our order, only to receive unsalted food. Upon informing the staff and requesting a properly seasoned replacement, we were made to wait for more than another hour, which was unacceptable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The towels provided were stained, and the room had a strong smell of cigarettes, making our stay uncomfortable. Overall, we are very disappointed with the service, food quality, and hygiene standards.

I had a wonderful stay at Veu Hotel in Munnar. The location is absolutely stunning, offering scenic views of the hills and lush greenery all around. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with modern amenities. The food at the in-house restaurant was tasty, though the menu could use a bit more variety. Overall, it was a peaceful and comfortable experience — I’d definitely recommend Vue Hotel for a relaxing getaway in Munnar

Good location, workers were not supportive. .

Location wise good but parking is little tough when the hotel is crowded. Breakfast is free and food was good too but the they will need crowd management where they don’t clean the table once some one finishes. Bedspread are not clean enough. They keep tea bag, coffee powder and milk powder but there is no kettle to heat the water.

The location is good,they didn't provide wifi or TV connection,they take plea for everything which is not provided by them as mentioned in Make my trip app

Comfortable Stay, Value for Money, Excellent Service. Beautiful Location..

the pillow was very dirty.toilet seat broken. poor service . asked for amenities and it was not given. unavailable products mentioned in the description. poor mobile connectivity. WiFi provided isn't available. unclean rooms as well. there was no light or board at the road indicating the stay. it's a steep down so be careful with cars that has poor pick up

terrible experience. the hotel has good ambience in respect of climate. but the hotel service was very poor. we waited for more than two hours to get our rooms ready even though we had booked earlier. there was no TV service in any rooms. hotel was not clean. they offered hot water for a fixed time. but it was not available. food menu was so much expensive for an ordinary family. there was no staffs for immediate service. we had to got to reception many times for our needs as there was no intercom in the room. overall we were totally disappointed with this hotel service. very poor administration. voltage fluctuations made lightings a disaster. there was a huge leakage issue in bathroom pipes.

The property was good in terms of the facility. The room was neat, had enough amneties and breakfast was good. The worst part was the dinner, we were a group of 11 including babies and children. We ordered the food by 7.15 PM, but they delivered one portion by 10 PM and the rest by 10.30PM. This was truly unacceptable because whenever we were asking about the food delivery they said food is on the way, will deliver in 10 minutes. One of the room didn't had a TV which was installed by 8.30 PM. The wifi was terrible, felt it was just there for the sake of a name. Even one room had a broken window locks which didn't let us close the window in the cold night. I didn't even mind bothering them about this.

property is good spacious but ordering food and getting in time is not possible...it takes 3hrs to get food ....

Excellent Experience with great views and exceptional service throughout the stay. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The food, especially the breakfast offered a plethora of options from continental to traditional which all tasted superb. Will visit again for sure

Veu Munnar Retreat is a perfect getaway for those who love nature and luxury combined. Waking up to a panoramic view of mist-covered valleys and a stunning sunrise over the hills was truly magical. The spacious villa with a valley-facing bedroom and a large living-dining area made the stay even more comfortable. Chilled nights by the campfire with a barbecue added to the charm, creating a cozy and memorable experience. The Kerala food was a highlight, especially the soft idlis and fluffy appams for breakfast. With breathtaking views, great hospitality, and a peaceful atmosphere, this retreat is a must-visit in Munnar!

From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options that truly made every meal enjoyable. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were top-notch. But what truly set this hotel apart was the spacious and well-designed rooms. It felt like a 1 BHK apartment, complete with a dining table, an extra diwan cot, and a comfortable sofa—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The layout gave a homely yet luxurious feel, making the stay even more comfortable. And the balcony view? Simply breathtaking! Waking up to lush tea plantations and majestic mountains was an unforgettable experience. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Veu Munnar Retreat, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience. The resort is nestled in a breathtaking location, with stunning mountain and valley views that stretch as far as the eye can see. The rooms are spacious. My room featured a window allowing me to enjoy the views.  The Resort is very closer to the National Highway NH85     Veu Munnar Retreat is the best choice for the relaxation. I will be coming to this resort for My next stay as well.
