The rambagh palace stay was exquisitely royal. The food is sumptuous and the staff gives you special attention always so much so that they make you feel exclusive and I really felt like a queen during the stay. The chariot ride and the heritage walk was a great experience...overall it was an excellent experience.

Rambagh Palace is the epitome of hospitalilty and how welcoming Indian culture is. The staff was so pleasant making us understand that its really the indianness in the people that makes Rambagh what it is. Among other things, food was exquisite and there was no dish they said no for. Even if it weren’t on the menu, they would happily serve it to you. You name it and you have it. I could keep writing but I can never do justice to what the place actually is. Shoutout to Swati and Priya who made it possible for us to have the experience that we had.

From the initial planning stages to the final moments of the event, the hotel staff exceeded all expectations. Especially front office team and butler team, kitchen crew, house keeping, security team, etc. And dish a negi who is organising since starting to ending was marvellous, for any queries her approach is positive. The hotel planning team was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. They listened carefully to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Communication was seamless, the event spaces were beautifully set up, and the ambiance was exactly what we had envisioned. The hotel provided all the necessary amenities, worked flawlessly, the food was delicious, and the presentation was impeccable. The chef mr gaurav is very polite and nice attentive approach to our guests. Our guests were thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of dishes which we asked and they served. And the chefs came and asked all the guests for any kind of food change which we want. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was exemplary. They were attentive, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism contributed significantly to the overall success of the event, making our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for all the time. Mr amit who is senior butler is attentive always. The hotel rooms are extremely impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend rambagh jaipur (which is run by taj the market leader of hotels industry)for any event. The combination of outstanding service, beautiful venue, and exceptional food made our event a memorable experience for everyone involved. The buffet spread at the breakfast and the overall food quality was very good. Highly recommend suvarna mahal for trying out authentic indian dishes.

From incredible facilities and beautiful room, the hospitality from the entire crew - front desk, restaurant staff, housekeepers, everyone is truly committed to thier job and is very detail oriented. Special thanks to shivangi and front staff for making my wife's birthday a very memorable one and a shout out to mahender singh at the pool for taking special care of the kids and helping them enjoy in a safe manner.
