It's located at the centre of the city with easy connectivity to all places. Housekeeping staffs were very much courteous. Food is continental and was kind of good. Only thing can be better is there was not enough waiters at the restaurant to service our request. Other than that overall excellent hotel to stay with kids.
Service and amenities was excellent. Restaurant service can be more better. There wasn't enough waiters to service the request.

This was the first time my daughter had been to Hilton, and she was thrilled by the room, food and ambiance. So did my wife and I. Their suite rooms are amazing. Breakfast exhaustive enough to suit all palette Sous Chef Abhishek Nayak made sure of it. Staff were extremely helpful, prompt in their service and always a smile on their faces.
Loved every bit of the room. It was a suite room after all.

JW is so far the best property in Jaipur. Its super luxurious and peaceful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I booked a pool villa and it's beautiful to an extent that you don't wish to leave your pool, bed and sleep in the room, rather you would spend even the night on the pool bed, its that great a place. You get enough privacy and no noise from around unless their is a function or an event going on in the property. I would love to come over again and again as I am a total luxury lover.
Most popular North indian restaurant there. Specially tandoori food repeatedly getting request from my client.
I'm not sure heating systems working well in this room where I couldn't find. There are ac work for only cooling

I have visited Jaipur before, almost 20 years ago. This time I had the pleasure of stopping over and was pleased to stay at the Jai Mahal palace. It's absolutely stunning, both in architecture and the surrounding grounds are breathtaking. A breath of fresh air if you're looking to get away from any hectic schedule. The staff were polite and courteous and the chef's were particularly on point. I couldn't stay longer, but will definitely visit again.

If you really want to feel like a King then a stay at this hotel is something you should not miss. They had given us a family with arrow which was big in size and well maintained. Hospitality was amazing and I think very few hotels come to close to the ambience of this hotel. Definitely once in a lifetime experience.
Royal experience and amazing hospitality by the hotel staff. I have stayed in a few 5 star hotels but this hotel is class apart. They gave me a villa family room which was a good gesture. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Lalit for 3 nights. Was forced to pay for the Christmas gala dinner with only 1 beer or wine inclusive. I mean are you kidding me charging so much without unlimited alcohol. If you want scotch or vodka you have to pay for it. Smirnoff 60 ml was for more money. It was ridiculous. Apart from this I have no complaints.

So the location of the hotel isn't great and that's probably the only thing to complaint about. I had booked a superior room but the room had some foul smell and I thought it'll be horrible stay, especially because I was staying in trident Jaipur before that, which is amazing! However, the front office staff Devesh was kind enough to upgrade us to the club rooms, which was really nice. Had some issues with the house of Han, an in house restaurant but it was sorted by the ever so friendly staff at Crowne Plaza. Had dinner in their authentic indian restaurant, the royal roots later at night which was incredible. Their hospitality was superb. Would definitely recommend to try it once. All in all, had pleasant stay, thanks to the hospitality of the staff at the hotel.

Located in the middle of the city, this hotel is in close proximity to almost everything. For travelers the concierge service is helpful with travel arrangements to everything in Jaipur. This hotel has three restaurants and a lounge with Mosaic being their go to as being part of your meal plan booking, offering buffet for all meals. The dishes were multifarious and delicious. Opting for a meal plan is a wise choice. The hotel offers four suites on each floor with the rest being superior rooms. All business class rooms are on the top floor. The rooms are fairly comfortable even in winters. The hotel has a gym and a relatively small swimming pool on the terrace which is only operational in summers. There are no private pools. The hotel staff members are courteous and quick on their feet with a few bad apples as is anywhere. The hotel doesn't have a lawn or any encompassing hotel grounds to spread your wings in. Complimentary airport transfer is offered as part of your booking. Also an unlimited number of in room stills or instant tea or coffee is just a ask away.

Excellent venue and resort amenities provided. There were plenty of activities, food, things of buy. We enjoyed the themed setting in the village. The rooms however do not have any sound proofing. So all the noise and loud music from outside we could hear inside our room which was not all that pleasing. In general the staff were pleasant and courteous. Welcoming guests in traditional style was impressive. One big issue i found was that they did not have a-la-carte dinner. During our stay we spent most of the day sight seeing outside and ended up having late big lunches. We were not in favor of big buffet dinner. So we had to go out to nearby crown plaza to have dinner! Our check out experience was very poor. There was a single lady at the front desk who seemed to have had a very bad day. Forget smiles, forget thank you, she did not have the courtesy to tell me that the process is over till I asked.
Very poor WiFi. Bathroom lighting was very poor. No room heater. Toilet flush was not flushing properly. It took at least 4 flushes to do the job.

From the moment we entered the property, we truly felt welcome. Right from the darbaan to reception staff in fact the entire team led by the general manager was ready to assist you and was always available with a smile to make you comfortable. Its a magnificent property and makes you experience royalty. The staff at the dining hall needs lot of praise for their service and cheerful presence. Mr jay deep took pains to take us on a detailed tour of the property. Thanks shiv vilas team for making our 25th wedding anniversary a memorable one. The rating which I would like to give is excellent.

Ours was a family holiday. I think this resort is excellent if you have lots of time and want an unhurried time, far from the madding crowd. The venue is excellent, it is a well maintained 16th century palace. The facilities are really good. I loved the ambiance of the typical Rajasthani Haveli. The staff are very good and courteous. The food was excellent. We loved the 4 day stay at Chomu. To my mind the only down Side is the distance from Jaipur City. It takes one hour to the main sight seeing spots in Jaipur. If one is on a packed tour and in a rush to cover all the important tourist attractions, this might seem a bit far off. But to the relaxed tourist I would certainly recommend the Chomu palace.

Sudden weekend plan and I landed a decent deal at this hotel. We also booked the BOGO offer for buffet dinner and breakfast. We were given a front facing room the room was spacious with all required amenities. While only the flush had a water leakage issue which would make the restroom clumsy. Dinner buffet was simple and limited stretch. Only 2 non veg gravy options an Indian mutton preparation and another basa fish Chinese gravy and not great options in desert. However taste was up to the mark. The lack of options in dinner was compensated by breakfast which was absolutely 5 star.

We landed on evening to the hotel and it was a compulsory gala dinner. No issues with that. Its their policy, so we obliged. But when we came down for dinner, all we saw were non-veg starters and cheap liquor. Apart from some crushed baby potatoes, all we had were fried pa pads for starters. There was a huge variety for non-vegetarians. They served us acidic wine and cheapest of beers. Instead of making compulsory the buffet, make the amount to be spent mandatory. We can at least eat and drink of our choice. Worst was they didn't even make us something decent to eat. They said they cannot and wont.
Room was good. But plunge wasn't heated up.

As we entered we were asked to sit at the waiting lounge and next thing we know was these beautiful people coming up to us, welcoming us to their hotel, handing a welcome gift a beautiful puppet doll to our 1 year old daughter and welcome drinks to us. Before we could soak in all this warmth, we were told that the check-in is done and we only need to sign while being seated on our chair the whole time. I have stayed in a really amazing properties by Taj, Marriot, etc. However, this was definitely the best check-in experience I have ever had. Had a great conversation with the lady from Delhi who manages the front office while she escorted us to our room. The room was nice, not the biggest, but had a cozy vibe to it. To be honest, I was a little taken a back with the size initially, however, it has this nice little porch area which totally makes up for the size. It makes the room bright with day light and airy. The staff at the restaurant was amazing too. Super friendly and ever so helpful. Had a brief chat with the general manager and he was sweet enough to hand out his personal card to us to reach out to him for anything. The property has puppet shows and traditional folk dancers every evening to lighten up the evening. In room dining was great too. On our last day, as we entered the room, there were these surprise gifts with a hand written note thanking us for staying in Trident. This was the coolest thing ever. The location of the hotel is superb. It is very close to the Amer palace as well as the Jaipur City. The Jal Mahal is right in front of it. All in all, the property is amazing but it's the people who work there that truly makes your stay memorable. Would definitely recommend to stay in Trident Jaipur if visiting the City. A big thanks to the staff in Trident for the warmest hospitality.

Excellent hotel, staff was very good, very courteous of all the departments, I would like to particularly name Chakshu from front office, the was very helpful, very courteous he made our staff very comfortable. I faced few problems but everything was taken care gracefully. Few things I would like to highlight was linen in the room was turned, room was not properly cleaned. These are very small things but these are the things which make difference between a category. This is not a complaint it's a suggestion from our Side which you guys can improve. Thanks a lot for your hospitality, would definitely visit your hotel again.

The hotel infrastructure is great and well spent. It has a great collection of artefacts and is situated at a great location, the city however, the management has not spent well enough on grooming their people. An offer on liquor mentioning domestic imply but while inquiring the offer with room service, they mentioned international brands and post order they came back saying those brands are not covered. Tea, coffee at the breakfast table was brought without saucers which may be accepted but the guy brought it without the tray instead held it with his hands from the top like a local tea stall. Go sited on people side above but I also would emphasize that the food quality at the buffet breakfast definitely needs an improvement. Food is cold and evidently repeated however, food ordered in room service is great. Overall, apart from the above, the stay was great and is a hotel that may be considered a revisit. If the hotel management is reading this then please invest in grooming your people and complimenting the great infra standards that you have invested on.

Beautiful rooms, well manicured lawns, great ambiance and welcoming staff makes clark's Amer the best. We came to Jaipur to celebrate our marriage anniversary and not only did the team upgrade us but also pampered us by decorating our room with flowers. They booked a table at the rooftop for candle light dinner as well. Can't thank them enough for all their efforts. The food is delicious, the staff is helpful and courteous, the housekeeping is efficient and the hotel is spot in in every aspect. Thank u to everyone for making our stay memorable. A special thanks to Ms. Priya, Ms. Deepa and Mr. Sharma for their attention to detail and kind heartedness. They made our trip the most memorable one and the best ever. Would love to be back soon.

Quite refreshing and relaxing stay at the Indana Palace. Stayed at one of their suits. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are modernized with beautiful Bath tub. The room also had balcony attached. The mini bar in my room was empty so ideally that should be taken care of. Also the website says that there should had been a complimentary fruit platter in the room which was missing. The food was tasty and good. Though in all carte they should think of increasing their portion sizes. Breakfast buffet was yummy and nicely spread. Swimming pool definitely needs a bit more care as there were lots of tiny flies in the pool and also pigeon's feathers. Overall a beautiful property and nice experience. Will definitely recommend and also plan to revisit. Special thanks to Vishnu Dalmia in the reservations.
