Hotel is very good .. Rooms are so clean, very comfortable and spacious, view from the room was very pleasing. Food is very delicious, breakfast buffer was very good. Value for money and the stay is so satisfying! Would like to come back and stay in this hotel

Excellent conference facility at the convention center. Very nice landscaped outdoor restaurants. Good and large rooms but bathrooms need an improvement. The hotel should provide shuttle service to the city, Airport and rail station as, it is far away from the city center.

Great location to major IT hub with easy check in. The ambiance is great with average food served in the room. The restaurants downstairs were great though. If you need a clean good stay in the heart of IT corridor in Hyderabad, this is the place to stay.

Everything was excellent about this hotel, nice location with nice views. The best heritage hotel I have been to and I have visited quite a few in Rajasthan and Haryana. Probably The Taj hospitality made the difference. This is a palace inspired by Italian design than Indian and hence all rooms give you a modern look, but the main palace makes up to it. Food was excellent, staff and chef were perfect too! Little gestures which made a difference. Will be glad to be back always!

The lobby was will laid out. We stayed on the sixth floor. Rooms were clean, spacious and really well maintained. We were there only for the night so didn't get a chance to use the facilities. Breakfast was really good with a lot of options and great presentation. Service was a little slow due to a wedding going on. Will surely be back the next time we're in Hyderabad! Enjoyed my stay thoroughly!

Sheraton hotel location is great with great food. Services of hotel staff is excellent. There are few things let its management Technical team take note and improve or redo which is European closet is small need a bigger one. Shower area glass door is a problem for a person to enter let one of your staff who has a big belly enter shower area and see difficult to enter. Better quality bath toiletries will be acceptable. List is big please do improve.

Room is good enough, staff were good behavior and helping minded, traveldesk also very good and cooperatives good for begumpet, Late night you will get Hyderabad biriyani from Greenpark hotel which is situates in same compound.

One of worst Hotel stayed before. Had booked and paid for Queen superior room and same was mention in the voucher, reception lady offer me standard room with twins bed. She insist saying that there are no Queen superior rooms. When explain and showed the conditions mention in the voucher Queens superior room was assigned. In this process the check-in process was extended for 45 mins Room service was patatic as I had order for Hot Milk and it was not delivered till 45 mins even after repeated followup. Later I have to cancelled the order. This entire incident delayed my sleeping time which affected my work schedule next day.

Though location is Almost 30kms from Airport still I been to Taj Krishna some of the good experienced shared by my friends. At the time of arrival at Hotel, Room was readily available no wait, Start was with Ms Rashmi at the receptionist very pleasant welcome with beautiful natural smile welcoming me, she took me to the room and explained me all the benefits I can avail, from entering to my room within couple of minutes I was offered with a Welcome drink.. Stay was class... Will be back soon. Thanks Team.. Especially Rashmi... :)

Good location. It was called hotel Viceroy earlier which the Marriott group took over. The door keys do not work properly. Maintenance should be done according to the name of the brand. Staff is helpful but if the property is not maintained, it will lose its value and so will a group like Marriott ...

Must stay and wonderful hospitality. Staff was very helpful and everything was taken care. Breakfast can be made better. Maintained rooms and landscaping with a nice pool to relax. Right in the business centre and easy location. Highly recommended for the business travellers.

A good deal on the hotel booking from MMT was the reason I selected Taj Deccan. Overall a good stay. Courteous staff, clean room, good food ... We ordered room service. The bathrooms are too westernized. The really is no provision for healthfaucet. Where most of the hotels are moving to glass partitioned shower area, this hotel has retained the bathtub and shower curtain partition.

This was my first stay at Trident Hyderabad. Being an international technical auditor I travel a lot and familiar with almost all star hotels in South Asia and Middle east. The number days of my stay varies from one day to 2 weeks in each quarter. To suite my flight timings I tried this time with make my trip and Trident was the first choice. The other Trident hotels I regularly stay is in Jeddah KSA. There the whole staff including the drivers coming for my airport pickup and drop were motivated and oriented for Indian hospitality tradition. Hats off and kudos to the top management of Oberoi group of Hotels and its team. One important feature and a notable feature of this hotel is lavish space and meticulous care taken by planning gone behind the super class hotel. The maintenance is so good I had great difficulty in digesting the fact that this hotel was in existence since few years! When I got into the room, 1629, I saw a small not on my table " Close the curtains, as part of routine maintenance work cleaners are hanging in rope outside the building glass wall ( one side of the room facing outside, is entirely made of glass! Which gives a wonderful view of City from room), which could be a disturbance to their esteemed guests. They regretted the inconvenience. If I had missed out the note the same same message was reinforced by the floor attendant lady, assigned at that time. These are my few observations by me at Trident Hyderabad, and which I do not see in many other international chain of hotels. Incredible India! Only one negative remark I wanted to highlight was that "the Wifi connection for guests was chargeable in this hotel I was surprised when I saw the charges of wi fi was included in my food bill at the time of check out. When I asked this doubt to the reception, he explained they are charging since the service is outsourced. None of the international chain of hotels, give free wifi for 2 devices for their guests, including Trident Jeddah. But for this small communication gap everything is perfect.
