Peaceful Stay!

It is very quiet and peaceful at the hotel. The lobby is very pretty, pool area and gym are nice. The room is spacious and clean, staff is very polite and helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay, there were challenges reaching the reception via room phone and wifi connectivity but those were manageable. I'd 100% recommend to stay here, it's very calm and beautiful.

Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended at All

We had one of the worst experiences ever during our stay. The property may look good from the outside, but the service is extremely poor. Late at night, around 1:30 AM, we tried calling the concierge multiple times, but no one bothered to pick up the phone. We needed drinking water and waited for one full hour. After reminding them again, still no water was delivered. After waiting for almost two hours, I had to personally go down to the ground-floor reception, only to find no staff present in the lobby. The staff is highly irresponsible and completely inactive. They don’t answer calls, and they show no sense of urgency or basic hospitality. What’s worse, not a single apology was given the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I honestly do not recommend staying here. I’ve never faced anything like this before. Avoid this place if you expect even minimum service standards.
