My stay was good, but I had a bad experience with my neighbor not closing their door and drinking while I was heading to the lift, and it happened for a couple of days, not just one. Also, there was a problem with laundry since the hotel doesn't provide it, but rather gave me a number for a third person who I had a major problem with because one of my clothes got lost. The food was just average. Besides the extra services I mentioned, no problem with the room as it was spacious and luxurious and worth the money.

Regarding your concern about water not being provided — please note that we replenish the complimentary beverages daily (including 1 liter of water and 500 ml of soft drink, Tea , Coffee kit also ). Any additional quantities beyond the complimentary items can be ordered as per the guest’s request. We also wish to clarify that you had booked a Deluxe Twin Room and requested a complimentary upgrade, which, unfortunately, could not be provided as per our hotel policy. As this was your third visit to our hotel, we deeply regret that your experience did not meet expectations this time. The hotel has a stunning lobby and a great location. The terrace lounge and well-equipped modern gym are definite highlights. However, the rooms don’t quite live up to the first impression, and basic requests like water bottles were not fulfilled despite repeated reminders. Toiletries could also be improved. Overall decent, but service and room quality need attention.
