it's worst experience, the rooms are old, not maintained hyzinic,beds are fully they're swoing good pictures, but really quit opposite in hotel

Its was not good the bed was not at all good

Stay was good and overall experience was good the only problem was that they don’t have lock on bathrooms and they don’t have dim lights

The stay was terrible. The receptionist was not at all customer friendly. The whole environment was suspicious. It ia definitely not a space for women solo travellers. Also the rooms had coackroaches roaming around and it smelled cigarette. The sheets appeared reused and stained. I immediately left the hotel and booked another one. Pathetic experience.

Rooms pictures didn’t match the actual room there was no hanger no basic aminities the AC was not working properly the bed sheets looked old and dusty as well

I have seen bugs in the bed and sheets were not changed And washed even. I the sheets smells so bad that i cant even smell my own perfume

Prime location. Water not available in each floor. Have to come to 1 floor. Dental kit not provided. No phone facility to call reception. Bedsheets and towels average in cleanliness.

Hotel is fine but no door mats in the room. Felt very scared after step on floor with wet foot from bathroom. Bed is not that much comfortable very hard bed. Poor Wi-Fi speed. Best for unmarried couples to stay. Should improve more facilities like breakfast, dental kit

Didn't allow to park our car inside hotel parking. Didn't give towels Infact asked us to come and collect. Started forcing to checkout before the checkout time. Bad smell in room. No toiletry items in bathroom.

Dirty rooms..very unhigenic.No service at all. It was completely disappointing. will not recommend to anyone who is concerened about cleanliness

Peaceful ambiance and helpful staff view from the balcony is very good and cleanliness was good and everything was cleanly maintained

I was really surprised after visiting to hotel, because before booking the hotel I didn't see the reviews. After booking, I saw the reviews, then I was shocked by those reviews bcz very the worst reviews, but after I visited to hotel, I was shocked that much I loved it. The Hotel was good, and they need to improve something like the Bed, shower tap, and fan.
