Host was really good. Support staff was excellent.

Cold shower, by the time I went, my bed was already used by someone, not clean.

honestly the stay was excellent and the people working there are very friendly and it was a very good experience overall and i would rate my stay a perfect 10

I had a great experience in Zostel Hyderabad , Manager is kind told me all rules and regulations, where i can eat food etc . The property is maintained really well had a cafe but on expensive side .. terrace is really good just like lounge area

The location is good, walkable from a few good eateries. The lighting in the dorms and washroom is very low. No storage space for suitacases. Really nice common rooms and café. The wifi is a little slow.

Rooms and dorms were clean and comfortable, with lockers and charging points for every bed. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready with local tips. It’s also well-located — close to cafes and well-connected to most city spots.

Zostel is at a perfect location for me as it is just 2 km away from my office where commute is a problem during peak hours. Also, the surrounding area is very peaceful with eateries and Dmart at walking distance.

This stay was filled with inconveniences. The wifi never worked stably. There were multiple outages which they tried to fix but still faced the same issue. The washroom camod was broken there was 1 day inconvenience for that. The receptionist kept calling multiple times and odd hours for bill payments as if I was running away from the property.

Location is good. Hygiene could be improved.

I loved how everything was so organized and i didn't face any problems whatsoever. Loved the arrangement and the beds were super comfy. What's better is that its location is right at the heart of the city. I would certainly look to visit again!
