Zostel Plus Lonavala

Me and my friends recently stayed at Zostel Plus Lonavala and had an overall amazing experience! The location is absolutely serene and peaceful — perfect for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect from the hustle and bustle. The food was good, though there’s always room for improvement. One of the highlights was the wide range of indoor activities and in-house sports options, which kept things exciting and engaging throughout the stay. The DJ night added a lively vibe to our evening. If there’s one area that could use some improvement, it’s the service. The staff were a bit slow and not very attentive, we often had to wait to catch their attention before placing our orders. With a little more focus on responsiveness, the service could match the high standards set by the rest of the experience. All in all, it was a delightful stay, and I definitely look forward to visiting again in the future!

Location: 5/5; Food 3.5/5; Cottage Room: 100/5; Amenities: 4/5; Hospitality: 4/5. Zostel Plus Lonavala has delivered more than expected, that too at a very reasonable price. I visited mid-May, to get away from the scorching heat of Mumbai, and we got really lucky with the weather because during my entire stay the weather was gloomy and pleasant. This property is located right at Pawna Lake, and the cottages, cafe, games room & hammock offer the same view throughout. The highlight of the room was the private jacuzzi. A must visit!

The property’s lakeside location and views were beautiful, but strict time restrictions on the pool (8 AM–8 PM), gaming area (8 AM–11 PM), and lake access (8 AM–8 PM) made the experience feel limited. The café food was slightly above average. 5

Best customer assistance, the vibe is great. Love the pool and the Pawna lake view we get from the Hammock bed above the play/club area. This is my 3rd Visit and will surely visit in the coming time with friends!

Checkouts are really strict though Continuous calls and people ringing the door bell as if the Zostel Plus Lonavala is all booked even though its not

The cottage was an excellent choice! This was my second visit and both the times it was amazing. The vibe & views were just perfect!!!😍🤌

Went here for the second time, the first time I went by train and this time by a car and it was so so worth it
