it was extremely pleasant. Took the mixed dorm and had to say I was worried about the privacy and noise and I barely had any complaints.

Perfect for Backpackers and Riders

The stay was amazing at Zostel, it was a neat and clean property with a very friendly atmosphere, it was quite like back in Hostel Days, the food was delicious the hospitality was Wow . I would love to go there or any other Zostel again and again

Staff was excellent and supportive Property was just too cozy and big Rooms were super clean Food and good and they supported us by providing food at odd times as well

So this was my first time staying at a shared dorm, totally a new experience for me...but zostel kochi (ernakulam) made it easy for me. It was clean, the shared space was spacious and there were activities every night by the property managers. There wasn't a dull moment with my stay. They were also kind enough to help arrange for tours I was interested in while exploring Kochi...my first visit there! Overall, a wonderful experience and met some wonderful people there...

Amazing experience, zostel never disappoints

it was a beautiful property with good amenities. Food was decent and people here were very interactive and helpful. We got opportunity to enjoy mentalist show. Few suggestions for improvement- 1. As we are required to put shoes out, would be great to provide indoor slippers 2. Common hall had lot of mosquitoes and no proper netting or mosquito repellent 3. we stayed at 10 bed bunk with single AC. the temperature was very hot and single AC was not sufficient.

Zostel ernakulam is an amazing place for bagpackers. From the reception to the rooms everything was just perfect. Friendly and cordial staff , inhouse food options, common workspace and areas . I stayed at the women's dorm and the bed was nice , they provide u with a locker also . The bathroom was hygienic. Hot water was available. the workshops conducted there is an add on . If you want a calm and peaceful stay or one where you want to make frndship with strangers and have a lovely time , zostel is the best place for you.

It was a good and peaceful stay I was really impressed about that stay and hopefully location good.

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

Zostel Kochi has the greatest vibes with fun activities and engagement. The property is also very well maintained with a good common area and great location.

I'm interested

It was very comfortable to stay at zostel. Silent location and had sufficient space to relax. Had movie night during the stay. I would prefer to stay during my next visit.

This zostel property is located in the center of ernakulam city. Even though public transport is not accessible, getting an uber is not a problem here. The property was clena and well maintained at all times. The management keeps the guest occupied and entertained by planning some events everyday at night. Staffs are very friendly.

Self booked accommodation for me and my family. I found that i booked in dormitory. Latter i approached and got a private room. It was a nice stay. Good for solo travellers. But travellers like us it was also a different experience. I met so many people of different age groups and had conversations with some of them. Room and bathroom was very nice. Must be a concept of a brilliant architect. Being a civil engineer i learned to accommodate things in a small space in a different way. Great hospitality by the Zostel team. the room is nice, and has a great atmosphere. They have entertainment programs every night.
