we booked our stay at Aero lounge as we had to catch a late night flight from Kochi. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They don't have an in house restaurant however there are plenty of food options at the food court just opposite the lounge. The lounge is at a walkable distance from the arrivals and departures terminal. overall it has been a pleasant stay at the hotel.

Loved the whole stay experience. It was awesome. Spotless clean had all basic amenities and if anyone needs to stay for a night overnight of next extended day, this is an amazing option. Go for it without any thoughts.

From the outside, the space looks luxurious and elegant. But the rooms and service is pathetic. There’s no food court, there’s no room service, there’s no free water even. Water is chargeable. Will never try this place again.

While the staff were extremely courteous and helpful and the room was big and spacious, certain things about the room could be improved. There was no shower curtain resulting in water splashing all over the bathroom. There was no tissue paper in the room. Supply of tea bags etc, could have been more generous. Part of the room looked unfinished. The thermostat was kept at a very low level and changing the temperature was a difficult task. Newspaper was delivered after 8. 00 a. M. All these, i hope, will be teething troubles and things will improve.
