The way greeting and welcoming the guest was so nice. Location is lovely, staff and all the persons are very supportive. I will really visit again. Me and my partner really enjoy the services they provided. The room was comfortable as usual. Friendly staff. Will definitely re visit.

The location is excellent. Every time you will feel the colonial essence. The owner and staff are cooperative as well. Adjacent to this hotel there are good seafood outlets where you can get good sea food. The major places like St Francis church, Mattancherry palace etc all are nearby. Overall it is fantastic.

This was my first experience in a homestay ever and what an experience it turned out to be! Joseph and Elizabeth have been best of hosts exuding excellent hospitality and warmth to all their guests. Started with a soothing welcome drink as soon as we reached their home after our long travel from Mumbai and with my 68 year old mom travelling with me! Soon Joseph led us to our room that was sparkling clean and spoke of coziness. By the way, I had the booking for four days (Dec 23 - Dec 27) but decided later we would also spend a couple of nights in Munnar. So, I booked a hotel at Munnar as well for Dec 24 - Dec 26 while this booking with Aroma was intact. We left for Munnar very early on Dec 24 at 5:30 am and they arranged for a simple yet filling breakfast of bread, butter, jam, fresh pineapples (which were yummy) on the beautifully decorated dining table displaying different mementoes, currencies, and artefacts underneath. But our experience at the Munnar hotel was pretty disappointing. I called Joseph the next day saying that we would be back to Kochi due to this unlikely hotel experience. They were only too glad to have us back. Elizabeth had already explained the map around Fort Kochi and we spent the next day to check out the town. Before that they made sure to stuff us full with an awesome breakfast spread of fresh idlis and sambar, papayas, tea, along with a bunch of other guests, with a mix of British, Irish, Italian - we had a lovely time exchanging experiences, suggestions, and simple tete-a-tete. Also, the restaurant Elizabeth suggested nearby was something to cherish for a long time. Oceanus served awesome food, good service, and great ambience! Thank you for all your hospitality, making us feel at home with Elizabeth taking care of all the home needs and Joseph helping us with our luggage every time we checked in and out. Wish you all the best for the future. I am sure you will do very well and even better with your enterprise. Thanks, again!

This place is at a perfect location very close to some key places Like fort Kochi, beach, Chinese nets, mathacherry museum. Its managed by a lovely family and service is good though the gates close by 11pm .. A good place to stay.

Central location but park and busy road in front make it a bit noisy. Children were looking forward to the pool but it was dirty and not cleaned even after being assured that it will be done in the morning. Breakfast menu is meagre, English breakfast was not available. Indian dishes were not prepared well. Room is spacious and well kept. Housekeeping not available at 9:30 pm to clear a clogged Bath outlet. Watchman tried to clean it but the staff had to be called back from his home to clear it.

Locality is awesome, many major attractions of the city is at walkable distance. Beach is so near by, you can enjoy the beach at anytime. Service of the hotel is good. Behavior of staff are nice. They are very cooperative.

The location of Hotel Four Seasons is about the best you can get in Fort Cochin. Shops, beaches and restaurants is all there. But we didn't go out once to eat since the food in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably good! But this is not the best part, The staff was as helpful and kind as they can be. They helped us with all kinds of stuff. Recommended places to go for shopping and even helped my girlfriend with her religion exam about Islam. She is very thankful for that! So all I can say is: Are you going to Fort Cochin, book yourself in at Hotel Four Seasons. You won't regret it!

Rooms are very small and with no amenities. No hot water system. No proper breakfast available. No restaurant for dinner and no room service available. Otherwise rooms are clean and tidy. Only Staff is cordial and helpful. Location is exquisite and had great time on New Year Eve.

Location was great and the service was good too. Was on a trip for a pilgrimage and booked the hotel room for a day. Though a last minute decision and the price went up, but totally worth it. Definitely would recommend for a good holiday.
