location was perfect .....just close to beach.....all attractions were nearby.....many restaurant were nearby....service was very good....staff was very helpful.....recommended for a budget stay.....had all the basic necessities....only thing was the ac remote wasnt working.....

it was not worth the price, bedsheets were stained, there were insects in the room, the fan regulator was missing and in the washroom the ventilation is so low that everyone can see from outside, had to cover it with toilet paper.

Location is its main usp! stone's throw away from the beach and many restaurants located nearby. But the rooms were too small and the acs were very old and malfunctioning. They offer breakfast where a choice between 2 options is provided. Breakfast is good. They have car parking space also.

Property location was good, food (only veg) was decent. Service however was very poor. There is a telephone kept in the room but no intercom connection. Every request has to be made at-least twice and even then it remained mostly remained unresolved. In bathroom, the flow of water is so less that it is a challenge for taking a proper bath.

It's a most pleasurable stay at this property. The location is just splendid, close to the beach and the tourist spots of fort cochin. The housekeeping was nice and so was the food at the restaurant downstairs. The biggest thing we liked was the team there led by the good lady and the assistant manager gentleman. The restaurant boys wee warm and courteous! all in all. A lively stay! cheers and happy.

Budget stay close to the fort kochi beach and the st francis church. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The ac was old and took time to respond. There was no electric kettle and i had to ask for it. A few times, the water supply was scarce in the bathrooms. The breakfast was quite average and not worth the hype that i saw in the previous comments. Going forward, for the same price, i would look for other properties in the vicinity.

I along with my friends searched directly few stays and were not happy. Then we searched on makemytrip and saw this property, checked reviews and pictures and found good for booking. The host was very friendly, property is good, rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant also with good food. Property is near to the beach with walkable distance. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely return again.

Although we only stayed for one night, it was a really nice experience. The location is also great, near fort kochi so one can easily explore nearby. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms and bathrooms are also neat and clean. Great for one day stay.
