Really terrible receptionist and others

I am not a person who posts review but I hated the 1st 30 min of stay so much that I am sitting in the reception and typing this. First of all, the receptionist is an old guy. The MakeMyTrip guy said his name is kumar. So here is the story, we are 4 people, 3 room booking with breakfast booked clearly in booking receipt. So during checkin, I asked him so when is the breakfast time, he made a joke of me. I showed him my payment, he said not in his booking. Yes things can happen due to even errors, no need to tease a customer. I called makemytrip, the guy called receptionist, he won't pick up. The place has no elevator, still MakeMyTrip guy said if I can give phone to reception. I climbed 2 floors down, told receptionist old guy to have a chat, he said he don't wanna speak to him and he won't take call. Such arrogance, such attitude. With this audacity, please don't come here. There is no tissue in room, we had to ask. No soap, we had to ask. Either put young guys in reception or be prepared to close down this place. I will now copy paste this review . Such attitude was this guy in the reception.

*The location was good. *The hotel didn't have restaurant facilities but it was surrounded with cafe and diners. *There were no facilities....poor wifi, no signal to attend/receiving calls, toiletries...none

I came across this property while searching on MMT, and I must say my stay here has been truly wonderful. The hotel offers a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The lady at the reception deserves a special mention—she is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful, which instantly makes you feel at home. Poor Stay

Our room had some drawbacks. The bed was smaller than expected for the price point, especially compared to other hotels. Toiletries were limited to just two soaps, and we only got two towels. The room was pretty basic - there was no kettle or any other amenities, just one water bottle and one glass. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide mineral water - we had to buy it from them separately. Food wasn't provided either, so we had to eat out or order from Zomato. The door hinge was also broken. One more thing - housekeeping took one of my soaps from the table, which was a bit surprising. On the plus side, the cleanliness was good. Overall, these issues took away from our stay.

I booked for 2 days and paid for the same but didn’t stayed there for even a single day as the location of the hotel was scary and booked hotel 18 no. In place of that. They have not refunded the amount to me even for the single day after the cancellation of the booking.
