I came across this property while searching on MMT, and I must say my stay here has been truly wonderful. The hotel offers a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The lady at the reception deserves a special mention—she is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful, which instantly makes you feel at home. The property is well-maintained, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed with aesthetic interiors that give it a unique charm. Staying at a hotel Roses Inn was a memorable experience. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the iconic Chinese fishing nets, historic streets, and vibrant local markets. Poor Stay

Our room had some drawbacks. The bed was smaller than expected for the price point, especially compared to other hotels. Toiletries were limited to just two soaps, and we only got two towels. The room was pretty basic - there was no kettle or any other amenities, just one water bottle and one glass. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide mineral water - we had to buy it from them separately. Food wasn't provided either, so we had to eat out or order from Zomato. The door hinge was also broken. One more thing - housekeeping took one of my soaps from the table, which was a bit surprising. On the plus side, the cleanliness was good. Overall, these issues took away from our stay.

I booked for 2 days and paid for the same but didn’t stayed there for even a single day as the location of the hotel was scary and booked hotel 18 no. In place of that. They have not refunded the amount to me even for the single day after the cancellation of the booking.
