They allotted a room which was a part of an interconnected room. The stay in that room was terrible because even a minor sound is clearly heard from the adjacent rooms. Sleep was very much disrupted due to this.

It was good experience, i stayed with my family.... The location is fantastic and staff was good and helpful. Excellant service. Though the food that i ordered was too oily... Fish was also not upto the Taj level...so the negative was the in- room dining... It was costly and was not good...

My 4 nights 5 days stay was one of my best hotel stays..Location of the property is great, view from my room superb and staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast, Dinner and room service are in the top bracket. All in all I loved the place

Property is located at one of the prime location of Marine Drive, very near to high court and the bank of the sea with a harbour view . It’s under renovation but it’s not impacting customer service and peace . Hospitality is typical with an excellent food at night and also during B/F.

I had two nights memorable stay at Taj Vivanta , Marine Drive, Ernakulam from 26th June to 28th June 2025. It was a surprise to see Aravind who recently got transferred from Kumarakom to this Hotel, at check in. The special feature of this hotel is the restaurant where I was able to taste the local delicacies.
