Stay was very good. Neat and clean they maintained as good hygiene. Stay was Peaceful and quit environment inside. No charging socket available in dormitory for type C to type C which is iphone 15 and above for which I had to charge in lobby and stand untill charged. Staff was very helpful and very friendly.

The location is conveniently located less than 5min walk from maharajas metro station, the dormitory rooms are really spacious and clean, the toilets were also clean and neat, the services provided such as AC was working really well and the reception staffs were also friendly and helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience

Lication was good, but as a dormetary with air conditioner it was below avarage bacause in a large room like that 1 ac doesn’t seem good for air conditioning. Utterly disappointed with their charging system u cant charge using a c type charger they dont have a charging spot for c type chargers

The staff were polite. The beds were maintained properly. Toilets were neat and clean. Just 3 minutes away Ernakulam railway station. Lots of eateries near by. Great place for a quick stay.

I was there for one night. I stayed in a dorminatory. I was provided with a locker too. The dorm was neat and clean. The washrooms were also well maintained. Overall polite and professional behaviour by the staff. Will definitely recommend it.

There were limited ac timings but the problem is that there was one table fan for 8 beds and once they turned on the ac they didn't even let us control the temperature They just set a temprature and it was still hot at night.

They could provide better service, few of the problems i faced 1. Lot of mosquitos in the room 2. Though it is ac, the cooling is not sufficient and was feeling uncomfortable in that packed dorm 3. After check in completion and while sleeping, found their staffs keep coming in, turning the lights on and asking people their details, address et. It was too much disturbing
