Great stay Worth booking from make my trip

Title: Decent Stay, but Nothing Special The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but nothing really stood out. It was okay for a short stay, but the overall vibe felt a bit plain. Service was fine, but not very warm or personal. Good for a night or two if you’re not expecting much.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, it will be my last. The bathroom had a very unpleasant odor, and basic amenities like soap and shampoo were not provided initially—they were only given after about 30 minutes. I had already booked and paid online, yet when I inquired about parking, the front office staff made us wait for 15–20 minutes without explanation. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Location Was Very Good Nearby Railway Station Nearby Restaurants Just 70 Rs. For Highcourt Water Metro in Auto But the Service and Cleanliness Was Very Poor Washroom Have Leakage And Kettle, Iron Box are Not Available Even They Didn't Gave an Extra Blanket For Kids

we're not satisfied with the stay in dwaraka hotel. There is no standard manners of a hotel/residency. 01. No toilet soap, shampoo 02. Extension board is not in working. 03. TV is not working. 04. No Hot water. 05. Negative washing towels. You can't place these things then atleast you can remove these from the profile while customers are booking, so that the expectation should be less. I hope you make an improvement for these.

There is no drinking water there tv not working no hot water, no way to make tea

The hotel is located near medical trust hospital and you can reach many prime location by auto. We reached there by 9 PM after a long drive and we were given an uncleaned room. The dust bin was not cleared. Blanket was not there. The receptionist told staff is not there wait till he comes. After literally raising the voice, at 11PM he gave another room. In that room AC was so annoying that it sprays water on bed in every 15 minitues and thus we had a horrible stay for two days.

Need to talk with executive

It is a nice hotel. Staffs are very co-operative and rooms are spacious. I enjoyed the stay with a budget price. I recommend others to book this hotel to enjoy the stay with minimum price. 8 out of 10.

The room and bathroom were very clean and my family and I really liked it. I want to stay here again next time I come.

It’s very budgeted property . Not so friendly for family stat. Little old property and wasn’t much maintained, but staff was friendly and about cleanliness it’s 10 out of 10 as compared to so much old property and also very accessible for near by places. Very good for couple and short stay
