Hotel Luminara

Staying at Hotel Luminara was excellent. The hotel was exactly matching with the photos available on Make my trip. The location is good. Excellent hospitality. Good hospitality Good ambience.

The property was neat and clean. The staff were cordial and polite. Room service was timely and the food here is exquisite. Overall me and my family had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is situated near Ernakulam Town Railway Station, making it easily accessible by auto, app cabs, or bus. -The hotel's rooms for being spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with amenities like air conditioning, and 24-hour housekeeping. - The hotel staff has been consistently praised for their helpful and friendly nature, making guests feel at home.

location is good. about 1 km from town hall metro station. one can easily get autorickshaws near the hotel. staff is responsive and cordial. breakfast isn't great but not bad either. just one suggestion - kindly have a ceiling fan in the room. some days it gets hot in kichi and a ceiling fan will be necessary.

I would say average experience not upto 4 star leval, decent room decent customer service but similar rooms and services are available by nearly half price. Room was comparatively tiny and congested when comparing to the amount we pay and amenities like bath rob were not in the room

We booked the presidential suit with living are. Breakfast was okay.And the club sandwich was good.The bed length was a bit short.The water was barely hot at night.

Our experience at this place was very very bad, as we had terrible experience the moment onwards we entered our allotted room which was 105(suites room) ,then after that we found 3-4 cockroach walking around in the table🤮. We reached at the place after traveling 7-8 hrs in which we were asked to wait more hrs as they wanted to clean the room 105(suit room) and shifted us to another room 205. And the breakfast also was very terrible as there not many option to chose and the food felt like they were half cooked, as we had this much of torturing experience, we would not recommend this place to anyone

Pros: 1. Excellent location near Ernakulam Town Railway station. Auto, app cabs, bus easily available. 2. In house restaurant and Pub is excellent. 3. Tasty breakfast spread. 4. Ample roomsize with required amenities, clean bathroom, decent furnitures in the room. 5. Emplo are nice and ready to help the guest. Cons: 1. Room required pest control and periodic deep cleaning. 2. Supply of hot water in bathroom need to be improved. Above all, decent stay in Kochin. I hope few drawbacks will be addressed and it can be a competitive player in its segment in the City of ERNAKULAM. All the best team Hotel Luminara.

Quality of Food was good , Location was very convenient , Good facilities

Mixed experience. We checked in just after midnight. As we reached the floor we were allotted rooms, cigarette stench welcomed us, though rooms are non-smoking. Next night, very loud noise until 11PM from the lounge upstairs disrupted sleep... When we checked out, the front desk staff told we had outstanding payment, which wasn't the case. I told them we didn't order anything in room service. But they insisted we had. I asked them to show the signed receipt, which had someone else's sign. It had the date as 10th morning 10.30AM, when we were in the swimming pool. Then they said it was ordered on the 8th evening. We told them we checked just after midnight and there was no way we could have ordered on 8th evening. We were made to wait 30 mins until they said we can go. This was really annoying.

Good and clean rooms, loud music was played during night which was bit disturbing, apart from that everything was good.

Good service, good room, ver well room service. Must will try

The location is easily accessible and the food is excellent but the welcoming of front office staff seems to be bad, one of the front office staff attitude seems to be disgusting.
