MALIEKAL HERITANCE CHERAI

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. We booked the family suite, which was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the premium amenities one could ask for. The pool overlooking the backwaters, the charming chai stall set up in a boat as a snacking area, and the adjoining restaurant were all fantastic additions. The beach, located just across the MALIEKAL HERITANCE CHERAI (a mere 30-second walk), made our experience even more convenient and well thought out. From the reception to room service, the staff was exceptionally hospitable and proactive in assisting us throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Bijo, a staff member who truly went above and beyond. His kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience—his assistance was the cherry on top of an already wonderful stay. We cannot praise him enough! Although we didn’t get a chance to use the cycling and spa services, they are excellent options that we might explore on our next visit. Overall, a flawless 5-star experience for me and my family!

Overall the stay is good. Pros: Interiors for the individual villas are good. The swimming pool is neat and clean. Staffs are very friendly and cooperative. Cons: Food is average. There is not much outdoor activities. Kayaking and boat peddling is without any assistance from life guard personnel. No life guard equipment for kids at the pool. There is no direct beach access.

Our stay at Maliekal Heritage Resort was awesome. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean. The restaurant is situated at the beach and we had a view of beautiful sunset while having coffee at the restaurant. The food was also very tasty. We would like to stay here again in future.

Location is good, right besides the beach. Well maintained clean property. Food is on the higher side along with the quality. Main highlight of the property is its jacuzzi. They also provide complimentary paddle boats in the evening. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the property.

While the location and staff were great. There were few improvements that could be made. Appliances werent working such as the kettle, remote had weak batteries. Being nit picky here. Food quality wasn’t upto the mark. Complementary breakfast was decent

Excellent location. Back river and beach at the same place. Kids will enjoy a lot doing fishing, kayaking for adult and kids, peddling as well. Entire team supports a lot, take care of you completely. Very nice place. I will go once again

good stay also with nice food. only issue i found was the room i selected because of bed position there is very poor visibility to TV. please fix. apart from that all good. price also should be little bit lesser that's what I think.

Ambience and hospitality was Awesome .My Lijo suggested good foods for dinner . Entirely happy with property..

The place,Ambience and the views are excellent...but they should provide atleast lunch and breakfast as compliment. Food is too expensive.

Stay, Food, Ambience and staff are all excellent. The Infinity 360 pool experience was amazing. Chef Manoj's signature Cherai fish curry is my favourite. Receptionist Fransis was very humble.

Swiming pool in the room was very nice, but jacczie didn't work. I asked for maintain it multiple times, but couldn't solve it. Action was slow as well.

The beach is a step away from the resort with a restaurant filled with delicious treats nearby. Ample with things to do such as cycling, basketball, boating, swimming and fishing an idle moment does not go to waste!

Slow service overall resort is good. Instead of panoramic view room go for normal beach view room they are better
