Pleasant stay for a weekend with pool in an affordable range.Staffs are really good and very helpful. Food also good in quantity and quality.

I visited the property to have a weekend getaway along with my cousin’s family. We were impressed with what was shown in makemytrip. We had a pleasant stay.

The location and the ambience of the resort is awesome. The entire family was felt happy with the warm hospitality of the staff there. The food was delicious and they were happy to prepare all the favourite items we named. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the caretakers and the staff there especially Mr. Jijin and Nihas..

Absolutely beautiful property, great staff and mind blowing views. Food could be better but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great experience.

Good room but service can be improved. Room was clean and had nice rustic touch. Staff is good in terms of behaviour but you need to explain your requirements like food order very clearly and ask them to repeat otherwise order may be messed up.

Genuine and polite staff with heritage style traditional kerala interior, apt for a silent and peaceful stay. Rooms are small and not recommending if you are planning for a party night. The intention of serving is genuine but lacks the amenities and professionalism. The small garden area, pool and backwater frontage will be refreshing if no pre-booked functions are going on. Make sure to confirm the availability.

Nice Ambeince and excellent service

Stay was very pleasant. Seneric place with courteous staff. Food was very nice.

1) I had come here after watching the film Kumbalinga nights, the hotel staff absolutely incapable of guiding to what's worth this place being the model village and letting us experience so we ended up all day in Kochi. 2) Infested with mosquitoes. Hotel not well equipped to deal with the menace right from the dining room to bedrooms and bathrooms. 3) Staff not well equipped to speak non-local language.

Apart from the photos given, it is a small resort and only for just a stay. Housekeeping and other staffs are very best. No worth in breakfast according to the room pricing.

Not a great spot if you wish to be truly with nature as this property is just st the beginning of the location

I went along with a group of friends. Staff behaviour was so nice and they arranged everything we had asked for. Best place to hangout.

We fully enjoyed our stay. Treated and cared well by all staff at the hotel. Rooms good and clean. Restaurant and food quite fresh and delicious. Good ambience near the River. Its Worth for the money u spent. Maybe dimly lit room made children little bit nervous and noises from top floor might irritate some. But its Worth.

Stayed there for two nights and one day. Nice stay and good food.

We stayed for 2 days in Feb 2019. Highlight located right at the banks of the Lake providing excellent sunset view. Excellent food, very delicious. Great sunset view. Very nice view of the China fishing nets. Friendly and warm welcome from the staff and very helpful. Mosquitoes all over. No mosquito coils allowed inside rooms as the hotel is all made of wood, though mosquito liquid vaporizer available. Other than the sunset view, nothing much to do at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing food, great location as in the hotel is located just next to the lake. So pretty windy and romantic cozy place. Nothing much to do other than enjoy the breeze. The property is small and a quick get away for a day or 2. A bar is located next to the hotel, so plenty of drunkards walking around, didn't felt as a nuisance, but just fine. Kids wouldn't enjoy as nothing much for them to do. This is an ideal for couples staying for a few days, or a shirt trip for business. Lots of mosquitoes. It's kochi, so don't be surprised.

Purpose of our visit was to meet an ailing relative at Harmony Homes, which is close by. The Hotel met our needs in that respect. What we really liked was quality of food served and the Service quality exhibited by the staff. On negatives was quality of TV.

Good place to stay calm and peaceful and very good. I am filling it just to finish the words since I don't have time but you guys have a good hotel. Keep it up staff of medhanam. Good hotel and good place

The property is situated in a good location with back water and enjoyable evening view There is lot of mosquito after 6 pm. The rooms are small and the mini bar is not up to mark No buffet breakfast as complimentary, But had a good restaurant with delicious dish, but should take 40 minutes to serve. No power back up for A/c in winter season its OK but Summer will be horrible, In any condition open window is not recommended
