Great location , ambience , neat . But the ac was not working . Since the property located on the back waters it’s typically hot . Centralised a/c temperature wasn’t changing and the seperate a/c was also not working . Above all this when we called the reception , no one was picking the call . After trying so many times . I called restaurant and ask them to send maintenance.Because if these , our stay turned without proper sleep

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Cochin. A great property with meticulous attention to the detail overlooking the sea. A beautiful swimming pool and great landscaping. Very comfortable rooms too. The only shortcoming is the quality of vegetarian food. all the meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner for vegetarian was quite poor.

I had booked this property for my birthday vacation, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. On the night of July 11th, at around 23:05, we were locked out of our room due to a technical issue with the door. Despite the technicians’ efforts, we had to wait outside the room for nearly an hour. The door was finally opened at 23:50 . This unexpected delay disrupted all the plans we had made to celebrate my birthday (12th July), and we felt completely helpless during that time. It was a special occasion for me, and sadly, it was marred by this unfortunate incident. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the experience and would not consider it a happy or memorable stay.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Ramada Kochi — the amenities were spot on, room service was super prompt, and the seafood restaurant was a total highlight (absolutely delicious!). The pool kept my son happily entertained, and the cab support made sightseeing smooth and stress-free. A fantastic stay all around!

We had a lovely stay .... it was a luxurious stay .... we had great fun in the swimming pool. our stay was upgraded to the cottage stay ... early sunrise , lake view, natural beauty all of them were treat to our eyes... staff was very humble , and they just made our trip wonderful.... thank you to each of you ....

Reception staffs were very well mannered. Hotel room was small. Rate was high. Dinner was just ok. Breakfast was good. Pool was not maintained. Water was sticky and floor was slippery.

There was a renovation / wedding venue setup work going on which involved tremendous sound. And poor air conditioning. In spite of complaining several times no corrective action was provided

Well maintained property with excellent and courteous staff. The rooms were comfortable with all necessary amenities and a picturesque view of the waterbody. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous and tasty and the a la carte menu was elaborate with excellent preparation and plating. Overall, an enjoyable stay

The rooms given to us were claustrophobic with no views. room number 206 to be precise. There was extremly loud jarring drilling noise seeping in through the beams and floors. Food was strictly average.

It was planned to be a nice stay but the room what we got had any view!! You open the window to see roof of next building!! Pool and Breakfast were nice though. There was maintenance and the sound was also very annoying. Not even we got a welcome drink also!!
