Cherai Beach Resort

The ambience was good. living in between backwaters and sea. No boring. Accessibility is too good. We have the privacy and it's good to walk around the resort.

I have booked 2 adults & 2kids, we asked to provide the extra bed, but they are asking 1000 rupees for that. So totally disappointed. They said simply contact your travel partne Also the rooms were not cleaned & under renovation work going on.....

Location of property is just touching the feet of Arabian Sea.It gives beautiful feel when you see the Cherai Beach at the entry of Cherai Beach Resort.Beach is well developed,u can have a dive into sea and spend time at Beach in the morning and evening.Many shops are available near beach and u can enjoy sea food and snacks.We enjoyed the sea beach just because of Resort location.We had SPA at AYURMANA for the family and kids too. It gives you a soothing experience, relieves your stress and refreshes you after travel.We stayed in 609 whose AC was not working and they immediately changed our room to 608. Restaurant food was tasty and u can have food as per ur taste.

Property food is very good , especially morning break fast is excellent. Location also good very near to cherai beach and its very good experience for me and my family... Common amenities also very good

the location is good, the property is old. it needs a face lift. restaurant is decent. rooms are good but ac need to be more effective

super stay , restaurant foods are super , I didn't expect this much service there, but all the staff are very humble and nice and pool area very nice for children and adults, it's very near by beach , and beach sound you can hear it all the time

The facilities and service were very poor . Food was not served in the room despite repeated requests. Rooms were not neat.

Property is maintained very badly . Room were very sticky . Pool height is 5 ft not ment for all type of customers. Food was good

About rooms : seepage at almost every wall, Cleanliness issue, Service: you need to ask for everything, be it basic towels things, mats for floor, tooth brush, water bottles etc. some of the towels were torn, Staff was good. Restaurant - was mostly good, food quality was fair. Overall it was very old structure most of the areas was broken/blocked for renovation.

Worst place i ever stayed

Really big property at a very prime location, room size was big enough. The property is not maintained properly, reception staff lack in understanding any language but Malayalam. Food is good, but heat is a problem as its an open restaurant. In my opinion the curtains had horrible colours in rooms.

Food was not worth it.It is not value for money. they charge a lot and no proper TV, No proper bathrooms. It included Wifi but when we called them through reception they denied and told there is not Wifi. No activities for stays. resort was different from the pics shown. Resort was not clean and it seams to be really old. Restraunts is really not worth what they charge.But location of the resort alone is good and service is acceptible.

Booking Details: Room Booked: No. 207 (Private Pool) Dates of Stay: [Insert Dates] Upon check-in, we were allotted the reserved room (No. 207 with a private pool), which initially met our expectations. However, on the evening of our stay, heavy rain revealed multiple leaks in the roof, causing water to seep into the room. As the rain intensified, both the room and the pathway leading to it became flooded, making it unsafe and uncomfortable. We promptly reported the issue to the reception. Following their instructions, we requested a change to a similar room with a private pool. Unfortunately, we were relocated to Room No. 706 (Doctor’s Villa), which, while accommodating, did not have a private pool and was configured with three beds—clearly a downgrade from our original booking. We requested an adjustment to the room rate, as the Doctor’s Villa is typically offered at a lower price, especially on weekdays. However, the staff informed us that no rate adjustment could be made since the booking was made online. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a refund of the difference between the amount paid for the private pool villa and the standard rate for the Doctor’s Villa during our stay. Paying for two nights in the downgraded room is not justified, considering the inconvenience and the facilities provided. Resolution Requested: Refund of the difference in room rates for the affected nights. I trust you will address this matter promptly and ensure fair compensation for the inconvenience and downgrade experienced. Thank you for your attention.
