We stayed at 36 Palms for one night, and it was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The property is beautiful and right by the beach, with a calm atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at ease. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the sound of the waves from our room. The breakfast was good, and the overall service made us feel very well cared for. Perfect place for couples who want a quiet getaway by the sea. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Cherai!

Property is not like the pics displayed online. The property is old, not maintained and needs repairs at multiple areas. Location is good, overlooking the Arabian sea and near Cherai beach. Food items mentioned in breakfast menu are either not available or served cold. Overall, don't keep your hopes very high. Good for a night's stay if you are visiting Cherai beach area

resorts beach view and everything is good but the building badly needs maintenance and during rainy season people who have allergic to fungus and should stay away for the time being, also during rainy the roof of the corridor and entrance of my room and restraunt was leaking..other than that staff was very helpful and hospitality was really good.i paid wasn't worth that price.

this is the second time I am staying at 36 palms. no complaints as such with minor one being previously they had their own kitchen service now it is outsourced but they do provide Breakfast which is really good. Hospitality, cleanliness are all top notch

What a brilliant experience! Great location, Great ambience and Great service. Huge kudos to the team who is doing their best to keep the customers experience top class. I would recommend sea view villa over garden villa in this property. If you are huge fan of seeing rough sea, I'd recommend monsoon season otherwise go for other seasons. Overall we had a great experience and we will be coming back again!

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing. The rooms were not well maintained — cleanliness was lacking, the amenities were either outdated or not functioning properly, and the overall environment felt neglected. The hotel seriously needs to improve its food and facilities. That said, I want to appreciate the staff, who were genuinely courteous and tried their best to make the stay comfortable despite the limitations. Their professionalism and helpful attitude stood out in contrast to the condition of the hotel. This place definitely needs a major upgrade, but the staff deserve recognition for their efforts in tough circumstances.overall not the worth money

Exceptional is the only word to describe this place....so close to the sea that you literally have water splash on you in the gentlest way...the sea view room ( No:3 is popular through the malayalam movie Pretham) is so royal and spacious and looks out at the ocean ..and the private balcony is so cozy ...the staff is so sweet and I have never felt this CUT OFF before anywhere like I felt here .. soothing and calm. ...a space of your own and truly safe for solo travellers ....

we stayed for 3 nights. the hotel is just on the sea shore separated by a wall. water from the sea enters the ground and even to rooms when sea is rough and waves are high. entrance to these rooms remained wet always though they cleaned it when we requested. upper floor rooms looked good and good sea view is there but costly. food options are limited for vegetarians and no native kerala items were not at all there for lunch and dinner. service was good and prompt.
