Nila Homestay | Beachside stay

i didnot the place at all coz the owner was not so humble while greeting us and no breakfast was given but he has charged 300 hundred extra for ac room ....

The stay was good and near the beach with a sea view. But the image and stay is totally different, the owner is really friendly but the breakfast just does not feel good enough.

Location was peace and calm. The beach is just 20secs walk from the stay. No tv. Bathroom was neat and clean. Just only 1 menu for breakfast.

Location is great. No noise. You and only the soar of the arabian sea. Enjoy setting at the balcony in a full moon night. But accommodation is not up to the mark. Bed sets are not clean or very old. Plastic chairs and table are not clean. Property owner or manager is not enough serious. After repeated phone call he came to attend us.

It’s terrible experience. Please stay away from this if possible. Had to step out at midnight to get few bottles of water. They are not even bothered to provide the drinking water for the guests.

It was last day of our trip. But maintenance of the place was terrible. Room was not cleaned as well as washroom was dirty with spider, ants and bugs, no security as we can lock the door but windows can be opened from outside. On google it is showing 3 star hotel but looks like they are fooling people. Also welcomed by barking dog inside house out of sudden by their pet dog. Spider nets all over the place. Pictures showing on google are old, don’t go with that. Such a bad experience during last day of our trip. We found so many good options on our way at the same place, will think about early booking next time as presentation is different from reality. But the guy who greeted us, no complaint with that.

The food is very average and room is not that much clean and also water scarcity. No parking facility. Kitchen is very small with no proper utensils. The stay is not as described in the sight. Was too small. Only advantage is the keeper is friendly

This is a homestay and there is no food. Rooms are very small and without ac. Not neat. The owner was very rude and non co operative. Not worth for the money.
No safety standards are there. Only a sanitizer is there.

Good view, nice home stay as per the room rates are very high. It's just a small room. Rates should be less for this room. If it is an air conditioned room rates are OK but without AC not OK.

The location was great. It was just in front of the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We could have breakfast watching sunrise. Beautiful climate. Hospitality of host was good. The view was great with the sound of waves.

The homestay faces the ocean, and we could hear the waves all night long. It was so peaceful. The family that runs the home are very kind and customer service oriented. They also gave us plenty of space to have our romantic getaway. Breakfast was simp
