The room and the location was good. The issue was with the service. The pillow covers were not changed. And they informed blankets wont be provided for non ac rooms and we got it after requesting at night again

As for the blanket, we usually don’t provide them in non-AC rooms considering the current temperature, but we provided one promptly when you requested it. Lift not working, no internet in wifi, food not available at hotel or nearby. Not in prime location. Okay for 1 night stay.

Sir, At the time of your arrival, I clearly informed you that the lift would be out of service at night. I initially gave you a 1st-floor room for easy access, which you accepted. Later, you requested a top-floor room, and we accommodated your request. Regarding Wi-Fi, you didn’t even mention any issues during your 3-day stay. It is very unfair to raise this complaint now. Most of our guests, including many from Infopark, use Wi-Fi and TV without any problems, and our reception operations rely on it daily. For food, there are multiple options nearby—KFC, McDonald’s, local hotels serving breakfast and lunch within 100 meters, and 24-hour delivery via Swiggy and Zomato. About the location, our hotel offers clean rooms at pocket-friendly rates near Infopark. While it may not be a tourist “prime” area like Marine Drive, it is ideal for business and short stays. We always recommend checking hotel amenities and location before booking. D Mirage Hotel

The location is good. I don't think they have a restaurant there. At first glance, the room looked neat and clean. But later i found a woman's long hair on the floor and inside the bathroom. The bedsheet was not white. It was dark blue. First time I'm seeing a dark shade bedspread. The mug inside the bathroom was filthy. I asked for a replacement and had to wait a long time when they brought another which was only sightly better.
