Property is close to the Railway station. I am a lady and a solo traveler. The lodging area looks tidy and comfortable. The food was freshly prepared and tasty. It has access to food till late night.

It was an average experience in k grandeur hotel. Room was not that much clean. Especially the bedsheet and blanket.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent hotel booking made through your platform. I stayed for two nights, with check-in around midnight. The first room provided was in an unacceptable condition — it was unclean, the bedsheet had not been changed after prior use, and the room was full of dust. After my complaint, the staff shifted me to another room. Although it was somewhat better, the dust problem persisted. Since I had already paid in advance for two nights via MakeMyTrip, I was left with no choice but to stay. When I raised the issue again, the hotel staff declined to provide another room or any refund. To my surprise, the MakeMyTrip Business Development Manager sided with the hotel instead of supporting the customer. As a result of staying in such unhygienic conditions, I developed a runny nose, mild fever, and headache, which I am still suffering from. I have been a loyal customer of MakeMyTrip for more than five years, but this experience has caused me to lose trust in your service. I expect: 1. A partial or full refund for this unpleasant and unhealthy stay. 2. Strict action against the hotel for failing to maintain basic hygiene standards.
