Monsoon Empress

Room was good. But the management rules & regulations is horrible. They don’t allow outside food & guest not allowed after 10pm. If guest in our come send back by 10. For everything they have rules. But biggest comedy is they don’t have complaint book in the hotel. Simply say they r not customer friendly. I never faced these kind of behaviour’s in 4* category hotels.

Food is average Gym utility very poor and 2and 3 no of equipment becz of the 5start fecility hotel think

Rooms are neat and clean, breakfast spread also good, room service food rates are exorbitantly High,

Had a perfect stay at Monsoon Empress. Accommodated my request of late checkin and late checkout. Facilities are superb.

The property is hygiene all places, regards morning breakfast no complaints and the location is on the main NH is favourable to move on on local visits.

My stay in monsoon empress Hotel was pretty good. I liked the location very much since It is quite accessible to the city. Room was very clean & comfortable - there were all required amenities in the room. Room service was very efficient. Breakfast spread was quite good & food overall was quite tasty. I would certainly like to stay in this hotel when I visit next Kochi.

Staff behaviour was not satisfactory .. Will noy recommend this hotel to anybody Better book holiday inn or jvk park for the same price

The room AC was fluctuating, when it was raining outside it was quite chill...when it started shining...the AC dipped quite badly that I was sweating early morninginspite of the AC fan being being high and the temperature was at 15degree. To my knowledge if other rooms are occupied in that floor the AC reduces and if it is not occupied then the AC is better..

Great Place to Stay, Humble Staff, Neat and Clean Rooms, Good food but limited Veg Options in desert.

The stay was good. Staffs were courteous. I booked the stay through makemytrip. You don't get the offers that makemytrip promises over there. The food and beverages 10% off was denied by the manager, stating company policies. They wouldn't even make a direct contact with you. I was declined a direct contact with the manager, stating he would come only in the afternoon.

The staff is not well coordinated amongst them. Room cleaning service wouldn’t show up on time even after calling them. Half the staff was not aware that the stay has been extended and received calls from check out and deactivated the card.

The property is an average one. Congested varanthas and smelly carpets. No tea/coffee arrangements in the room. Furniture and fixings are also average. Average good quality. Average staff and services.

I had a wonderful stay at monsoon empress, kochi. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing experience. The restaurant exceeded expectations with its delicious breakfast and lunch. Exceptional service and hospitality made it a memorable visit. Highly recommended!
