Nothing 'grand' about them , welcome drink was a horrible unknown sweet water , room was ill provided , mini baar empty they said if we demand they will fill , what a joke ! yes , their buffet breakfast was really good but overall the price at which we checked in is way too high , thats what we felt .. otherwise staff were good and hospitable

I had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were not only aesthetically pleasing but also well-equipped with modern, hi-tech amenities, making the experience both comfortable and convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff’s hospitality was warm and professional, adding a personal touch to the stay. However, I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. There was no provision for evening tea, which could have been a charming addition to the experience. Additionally, an evening boat ride — something I had expected — was not available. Including such thoughtful touches in the future could elevate the guest experience even further.

family with 1 kidThis property of Hyatt is extremely great. I traveled with my husband and my 1 year old. My daughter enjoyed to the fullest. She played in the garden alot and swimmed in kids pool as well as enjoyed jacuzzi. We where provide with tube for her safety in the pool. The restaurant Malabar simply awesome as they always prepared complimentary food for my daughter at any hour of the day. Also Malabar restaurant has many great options for breakfast and dinner buffet. The spa experience was also amazing. We had took king size room with backwater view, everything was great. Room was beautiful, clean and had all amenities. I already miss my stay and will definitely recommend.
