It was great, staff were prompt and room was excellent. The food was excellent. However a few of the staff at the reception need to work on their facial expressions as they may come off as rude while interacting when in reality they are just over worked

Hotel stay was not that great compared to other luxury hotels. Even small coffee packets were not there.

room was very good. but the staff at the entrance needs to be taught that handbags should not be kept on the floor. it happened twice. tht means they are in the habit of doing this. breakfast was a very good experience. whole team was very courteous and polite.

It was a great experience and all the issues were solved by the management. Breakfast was on point and delicious.

Had a wonderful experience while staying. Pool , spa, room and all other amenities was at high standard. I would like to special mention Mr. Souvik's name for make the stay more comfortable. keep it up

Property’s location was very good, prime location in Kolkata and easy to access. Amenities were good. Buffet breakfast was not upto the standard of Hyatt. Sitting area in buffet was also very compact. Services were relatively slow. Swimming pool was very big and beautiful.

Wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Right from airport pick up booking to fast check out. They have also a very good steam and sauna place complimentary for the guest.

Beautiful hotel, good location. The rooms are pretty and spacious and thankfully slightly different from the photocopies one always stays in. I found the staff to be very warm, courteous and eager to help. Food is special, and the waterfront cafe worth seeing. My only grudge: I couldn’t get a hotel cab for the airport (had to leave at 4am and I was alone) - this was a major bummer but then maybe I should have told them in advance. But I come away with memories of warmth of the staff and the luxury of the hotel. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

stay was good but the break fast buffet was average must improve more,spread should be more ,avoid repeating the daily menu
