I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff behaviour was excellent — everyone was very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. Their warm attitude truly made the stay comfortable. The only area for improvement is the food service. The food quality was good, but the serving time was consistently long, usually taking more than 30 minutes. If the kitchen service becomes faster, the overall experience would be even better. Overall, a good stay with great staff support!

I am not giving review for money, you can keep that change. Main issue was room alloted was at end of building, while we informed that we have baby of 5 months still that room was alloted for which we have to walk for atleast 2-3 minutes to elevator which was very painful.

The property location is good, right on the road. Food wasn't that great but okay okay. While there were amenities like a gym, swimming pool and all, we barely had time to use them.

The property is in the heart of Goa (Candolim). Very close to market so everything is accessible. Also, I got a free upgrade from hotel which was a very nice gesture. I also booked lunch but lunch quality was average. It was preset menu and there was no buffet. Head chef Vikas made up for the poorly made food with soke desserts and turned my experience better. Thanks to him.

It was an excellent stay. We stayed for 4 nights at Hyatt Centric Candolim, Goa. All the staff are courteous, always smiling, and food is excellent. the location of the property was perfect near to local market and Candolim beach. the food was awesome, their breakfast has many options.. love it
