beautiful location amazing property with 900 meters of walking track delicious food specially the japanese restaurant try there thai curry and sushies himani and srinivas were new joinies there but very professional and experienced warm welcome by them they helped me with all that I needed also they were generous enough to offer me a late check-out because of my flight schedule . while leaving the staff became more of like friends specially himani and offered me a sweet goodbye gesture with a box full of chocolates . the swiming pool and cafe sunset was mesmerizing hyatt never disappoints thankyou for that warm welcome.

Amazing property in heart of the new city of Hyderabad. One of the best spa in the city. The staff was warm and welcoming and made for a great hospitality. The Mrs. Mage restaurant by the pool sets up a beautiful ambience for great dinner. The breakfast spread at the Collage restaurant was top notch. Rooms were decent size. The OTT apps on the TV in room were locked and not accessible for some strange security reason. All in all a wonderful stay.

Beautiful property, amazing amenities, helpful staff ( a few of them need more training to be more courteous ). List of supplies offered in the room in case you forget something, are so thoughtful and very helpful. Food variety is good and tasty. Digitized Power control at room is such a comfort. Their shampoo and lotion quality is much appreciable.

Overall, it was a very good experience. Rooms & entire property are well- maintained. Breakfast spread & taste (especially South Indian) food is lip-smacking. Greenery is very well maintained, and staff were courteous. Had a great time and strongly recommend for stay with family & kids.

Location is really great for a business traveller or a US embassy visitor. Dishes I ordered for in-room dining were delicious. Break-fast spread was nice too. I could not use amenities but just a walk around the sprawling and lush green property was refreshing.

It was my first time here and it was such a beautiful experience , love the ambience , the hospitality the vibe , and the lovely food , it was a short trip but I can’t wait to be back , i wish u could give you a 12 on 10 , keep growing and stay blessed

It is a beautiful property. Well maintained and having an amazing breakfast spread. The staff is courteous and responsible. It actually gives a feeling of a resort in a city.
