During my recent stay at the Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the entire Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar team. The F&B Manager, Mr. Sumit Jaiswal, and his staff (Mandeep Singh Dhillon) went out of their way to make each interaction feel personal and welcoming. Every meal was not just well-prepared, but served with a level of care that made a real difference in my experience. The front desk team also deserves recognition. From the moment I arrived, check-in was seamless, and I felt immediately at ease. The same attention to detail was evident at check-out, which was handled efficiently and with a smile. In-room amenities were thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained, adding another layer of comfort to my stay. It’s clear that the Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar, pays attention to the details that matter most to guests. I had a fantastic experience during my stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The host/staff were incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions I had. The amenities provided added an extra level of comfort, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. it's an average property in terms of size. they don't have a lot of space to roam around, no kids play area, no gardens etc. however, the hospitality and staff members are great. they are professional, courteous and helpful. Mr. Milind attended us and he was extremely nice and supportive. He was able to arrange things for us as we stayed there with kids. Food was delicious and nicely served. good option to stay if you are not looking for additional activities

The Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar staff is very polite and professional. The cleanliness is exceptional. They can work a lilttle on the breakfast buffet with more food options and the food served during buffets felt a little cold.

I booked the Hyatt Place Gurgaon Udyog Vihar for three nights, Location is good, but the property looks little old. Food quality is ok but Menu was same in the breakfast all the three days . Overall is ok .

Stay was good.. The morning breakfast was delicious and delivered very nicely specially your team leader Mr Manish behaviour was so hospitable. I really found a great experience in Hyatt.

The Property is good overall. The view outside is not pleasant though and the breakfast buffet also needs to have more varieties. Rooms are spacious enough.

Ambience was really good. Staff was very humble and cooperative. The breakfast menu though can be improved.

It is a worth to stay in Hyatt place, which is affordable property as well as near to airport ambience. The Food quality is really good.
