Terrible Stay - The Anya Hotel

Worst stay - AC wasn't cooling, Bathroom's water was logging and getting out in the room itlsef, drinking water was smelling, Room was stinking, Bedsheet wasn't clean, no utility or dental kits were there not even sent out even after asking the support staff. Overall it was a terrible stay never going to come back again.

Food- Average and Luke warm temperature which was a bummer. Flavors were average. Location- 10/10 Facilities- Telephone not working in the room. Room service took a lot of time.

Clearly the occupancy is poor. Ac was not working for most days. Room had a very unplesant odor. Shower Water and shower had a weird odor. Linen was smelling mouldy and the room had a stench.

Anya hotel is a good place to stay. It's breakfast is very good and Gym facility is also available, but during my stay Swimming pool maintenance was going on. Staff is very good. It is near to Rapid metro station 42-43. It's price is very affordable amongst five star hotels. 👌👌👌

The stay was overall very good. The staff was nice. Yhe guard and invoice dining staff, nihal. You should have small bytes in meals to avoid food waste.
